I bought a hoverboard and have had to send it back several times due to faults , it has been repaired and sent back each time with fast delivery and repair times its very difficult to actually get hold of these as it can take 3 days for a response via email and the phone lines were still not working last time i checked but i think if they resolved the customer service issue they are a good company with fast dispatch and repair times .

Quick efficient service, had a problem with my board and they replaced it for me no problems at all!

Arrived on time, well packaged. Everything looks in good order!

Great company and product. Our delivery arrived a little later than expected, but this was communicated to us. The product is still going string almost 1 year on.

Bought this for my son almost two years ago and is used regularly. It has been very good, battery good too, only thing l would say is straps could be a bit better and easier, but apart from that hours of enjoyment

I purchased the hover board and cart for my daughter around 18 months ago. We both love the hoverboard good fun. Board and cart cart came on time and was both well packaged I've not experienced any faults with board or blue tooth feature. This is a very good product would highly recommend.

We have bought 2 hooverboards for my son and my daughter as an eid present last year, they both love it its easy to ride bluetooth is really good they can listen to music and they love it. One piese was missing from their cart when we got in touch with the customer services they helped with ease and sent a replacement straight away. Highly recommend it to everyone.

Brilliant company. Ordered one for my daughter a year back for Xmas 2021 brill hooverboard, but then stopped charging after abit of time which I think was down to my daughter messing around. Sent back and they re sent back out all fixed as good as new. Got the cart to go with which is amazing to use

Bought the hoover board for my8 year old son, he loves it, we take it every where. The hoover board its self is great, battery life could be better, but the kart is not robust at all and I have had to contact hoover board about this a couple of times (they have been helpful).

Absolutely brilliant! My daughter loves her rose gold hoverboard. The full charge seems to last forever which is amazing and the Bluetooth quality is very good. I even contacted customer service upon delivery because the box and instructions both said different minimum weights for rider (different from each other) and different from the site so I wanted to check it was definitely the right one for a 6 year old. They were very quick to respond and asked for a picture of the board which I sent and they confirmed it would be fine for her which made me feel a bit better letting her loose on it for the first time. I would highly recommend Official Hoverboard.

Bought the pink galaxy 6.5” with kart as a Christmas present and the quality is fantastic, and a lot heavier than i thought it would be, was delivered the next day too would 100% recommend

Amazing company with great customer service. Bought my sons hoverboard a wile ago from this company and it’s still going strong and it’s played with all the time. Can not rate this company enough will defo be buying from them again.
