Good Business Practices
I ordered a specific projector "A" online and received an order confirmation. A salesperson called to let me know that it is no longer in stock and up-sold me to projector "B" which they said was similar. I was too busy to verify the differences - shame on me.
I did not open the box and check it out until I would use it next, so I didn't open it for a month until I needed it for a client event. I then discover that the projector is nothing like the one I originally ordered and is horribly old technology. I contacted them to request a return and they were amendable to a return.

OfficeWonderland was fantastic to work with. I was looking for a specific Epson projector and needed it in a few days for an important client meeting. I spoke with Mike and although the model I was looking for was no longer in inventory, he suggested a different model that was even better. Mike made sure to submit my order immediately so it could be shipped out that afternoon so I could have it in my hands the next day. Amazing service as I'm based in California so I was truly impressed that Mike made next day shipping happen all the way from Florida. Thank you Mike and OfficeWonderland for coming to the rescue! The client meeting went smoothly because of your exceptional help.

I was able to give him the model number of our old one and he found a new one that would replace this old projector and be exactly what we need. It was much cheaper that what I expected to spend. The service was great and Mike was knowledgeable! I would not hesitate to buy from Officewonderland again!

Top-notch customer service
Top-notch customer service! The staff at Office Wonderland or fast respond to initial inquiries. Shipment was spot on. And they stand behind their product for follow-up questions support problem solving and the word of all of their sales staff! This is one of my better online purchases and customer service dealings in a really time. I would highly recommend Office Wonderland and their sales staff and customer support.
