It was a an easy transaction working with Giovanni on the replacement of our damaged NEC monitor. Giovanni worked with us thru C.C issues to ensure everything was taken care of. Quick delivery and follow up to ensure we received replacement monitor. Will definitely use Office Wonderland in the future.

Ordered an 86 inch ViewSonic interactive display. Very easy transaction. Order arrived about 1 week after placed. The delivery company had a hard time finding our address but that is not OfficeWonderlands fault.

Ordered a projector lamp that was "in stock" and haven't heard anything 2 weeks later. Tried to contact them and didn't get a response. They have one more week before I take action.

My husband purchased The Epson EBL 250 F power light multimedia projector from Office Wonderland online. Upon receiving it I attempted to set up the Epson projection app to use with my phone. I had great difficulty so I called the Epson 800 number and spoke to several different women in the Philippines. They all informed me that I would need to purchase a wireless LAN adapter, the ELPLP11. That made no sense to me that Epson would send a product that you have to purchase another part to use. My husband suggested that I call Office Wonderland where he bought the item. I did and was fortunate enough to get Giovanni Abraham, who answered the phone. Giovanni patiently walked me through all the steps to get the LAN on the projector connected to my Apple iPhone. I am almost 80 and that is not an easy task for anyone. Giovanni worked with me until we were successful. I am glad you have this venue to report employees who deserve special recognition. Giovanni is that person.

Had a minor issue in purchasing that was 100% my fault. Fixed without any issues

We purchased 4 NEC displays for a new video wall in our conference room. Office Wonderland gave us the best price from an Authorized Dealer. Everything arrived brand new shipped on a pallet and strapped down. Not to mention shipping was free. Working with them from ordering until installing was a pleasure.

Order placed Tuesday No Problem They said
I will expedite it for you 2 day shipping... No mention of $125 additional cost
On Wednesday AM I said since it obviously did not ship yet cancel It wont get here in time
Reply at 2 pm or later I cant it already shipped before lunch today
You will have it Friday I said TOO LATE install is set for Friday
I was told that they will make it overnight and it will get here on time They again promised a tracking number
It is Wednesday night 10pm and again NO TRACKING NUMBER That's strike 3
I NO LONGER TRUST THIS COMPANY Located in Miami STAY AWAY
If it shows as promised I will update this review but never trust that what they say about shipping is true
This whole mess could have been fixed by saying
Do you want a price on expedited shipping?

SURPRISE The unit arrived as promised 2 minutes after I got the tracking number!!! OK 1 star now at 4
