The basic service is a single word message and upgrading provides three word messages randomly sent to your team members.

Very Disappointed
Office HQ staff are not properly trained (unfortunately), some are even VERY unprofessional, also the wait times for call answering can be extremely long at times, meaning customers/callers will hang up after waiting for an answer.
It would seem that they are severely understaffed to cater for peak calling times, & even at non-peak calling times they can take minutes before they answer a call.
NOT VERY IMPRESSED!

Not as good as it once was!
I have been with this business for a number of years and have noticed a rapid declined in the information collected by the VA's and increasing negative feedback from my customers. Currently a finacially viable option however will change once I find something on par or better than this service. It is expensive for what you receive.
