Great communication from Adam
Great communication from Adam, even when he was on holiday. The battery I wanted was out of stock but he kept me updated about stock arrivals. Once in, he organised delivery within 2/3days. I would defiantly recommend.

Competitive price
Competitive price. Clear website. Easy ordering. Rapid delivery. Good post sales follow-up by the company. One very small improvement. Use direct tracking link to courier rather than third party app called "shop". It adds no value at all and did not provide any useful information.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We too have found the tool ineffective though it is a part of our set-up that we’re trying to improve. We hope to have it fully functional soon, but in the meantime we rely on speaking directly with each customer to ensure the best service possible. You make a good point though - thank you for taking time to share it with us.

They didn't inform me that my item had been dispatched, as they had informed me they would at the time of purchase. There was a problem with the pallet transport company but it WASN'T anything to do with Off Grid Ltd.

Sterling service
Sterling service, there was an error with the shipping due to my solar panels being oversized for a normal lorry. But they got it sorted with really good communication and updates. Will be using them again in the future for sure.

4 minute response and competitive pricing
Sent a query at 8.21 Sunday evening regarding my potential purchase of a Victron inverter/charger and accessories. I received the detailed response 4 minutes later.
I decided to place the order based on the competitive price and the prompt response.
I continued to receive updates regarding delivery, which was very quick.
Not fitted the items yet but expect no issues with a brand such as Victron.
I would definitely recommend this company.
