IMPORTANT NOTICE! From April 2024, OfferNation.Com will no longer endorse Trustpilot as a source for reliable reviews. We have removed references, and promotion related to Trustpilot, and we disregard all reviews left after 1st March 2024. ___________________________________________________________ We have worked with a variety of Review sites over the last few years and our recommended alternative is Feefo for the following reasons. ___________________________________________________________ 1- At Feefo, all reviews left relating to OfferNation.Com have been left by people who have been required complete at least 1 Identification check. ___________________________________________________________ 2- At Feefo ,all reviews left relating to OfferNation.Com are left by people who can provide actual physical evidence to show a real user experience. ___________________________________________________________ 3 - At Feefo, all reviews left relating to OfferNation.Com are genuine, with no fakes. ___________________________________________________________ As a business we have paid out over $10 million dollars to our members for sharing their opinions, and have established ourselves as a Legitimate Paid Survey Site. This can be verified by checking out Feefo as suggested, or by viewing factual information such as details of the payments we’ve actually sent to real people here - https://www.offernation.com/members/withdraw/list.php ___________________________________________________________ Despite being early adopters of member generated reviews, we now believe that declining security checks & procedures at Trustpilot are putting all their users at an unacceptable risk of exposure to fake reviews. When it is possible to post a false and defamatory review from a fake account with no requirement to provide actual evidence of a genuine experience, there is a clear problem which needs to be addressed. ___________________________________________________________ We believe this shows a lack of respect and integrity for everyone who relies on these reviews to make decisions. ___________________________________________________________ It is incredibly important that people are able to find accurate reviews online. As a result, we have worked hard, establishing ourselves as one of the most reliable and legitimate paid surveys sites on trusted review platforms. Our decision to remove our support from Trustpilot is not one we’ve taken lightly, but it is necessary based on what we feel is a complete disregard for their site users. ___________________________________________________________ We'll now focus solely on improving our service for members and will no longer respond to any reviews on Trustpilot or acknowledge them as having any worth. ___________________________________________________________ The OfferNation.Com Team

Hi,
We have requested your account information and once received we will provide a full and factual response in direct relation to your account, it's status and any relevant information surrounding that.
In the meantime, allow us to present the following facts:
1 - The site has in fact paid out over $1 million to its honest members since it started over 10 years ago. All payments are issued within 24 hours, but normally less than 8 hours. All support tickets and emails receive a reply with 24 hours, but normally less than 8 hours.
2 - Anyone who joins the site with genuine information and does not breach our rules, commit fraud etc. will have no issues in getting paid. You can view a list of all the latest payees here - https://superpay.me/
3 - We have several security measures (verification checks) in place to protect the site, it's members and advertisers. These ensure that we can continue to provide the service mentioned previously, a service that very few sites in our industry can match. While the verification checks may delay the payment being sent while the checks are completed, they will not prevent you from being paid once successfully completed. Only accounts found to have breached the terms of our site would be correctly banned permanently.
4 - You are advised of all security checks and rules of the site prior to joining and confirm you have read and understood these before being allowed to join. All decision you make after joining the site are in full knowledge of those facts, and all decision we make follow those rules and terms exactly as you are advised. it seems strange to complain about being asked to follow the security checks you previously confirmed were acceptable and understandable.
Our security checks are the platform on which our site is based. They are what allow us to provide the level of service we do, which is a level that not only few companies in our sector could come close to, but very few companies online could match. If you would rather risk working on sites who do not have sufficient security checks in placed to protect the site, it's members and advertisers, then please do.
From your comments it would appear at the moment the only reason you haven't had your account reactivated is that you haven't provided the information we have requested.
We look forward to receiving your account details and providing a factual response

This company is not legit anymore.
I have been with Offernation for approximately 6-7 years. I am their moderator and previous to this site, I was on one of their sister sites.
I have heard many shady things about them throughout the years, however, I never experienced anything shady until now.
The issue started when I attempted to cash out on one of their sister sites. I was put into verification mode, so I sent in a support ticket. I was told that I cashed out a different way than I normal do. I know for sure that I did not choose a different payment method than normal, but I was kind to them and said that I did not think I changed my payment method. They asked for me to send an email stating my payment method. Ok, no problem. I saw they closed my ticket so I asked if they received my email. They said no. I then said I was resending it. Again, my ticket was closed.
I log into Offernation, see my account in verification and send in a ticket. They give me a very vague and strange response that my account potentially is linked to various other accounts and to please explain. I have no idea what they are talking about. I tell them this. They continue to tell me to read their initial response which as I stated was my account was potentially linked to other accounts. I certainly read that but I certainly do not know what that means. I only have one account on each of their sites. They refuse to elaborate and I feel that they simply just wanted me to guess what the potential issue is? Very, very, odd.
They told me they wanted to talk to Your Surveys (thats the main router I have used for years). At this point, I contacted Your Surveys who told me there was no issue with my account. I told them what was going on with Offernation. They informed me that they were having several issues with 99Ventures (company that owns Offernation and the sister sites). They said the owners divorced and are battling back and forth with the company.
If I could post pictures of screen shots of all of my support tickets, I would but I see no option for a picture.
Additionally, they offer people money to post positive Trust Pilot reviews. So a lot of these positive reviews are because they paid people to do them.
If I find that this is some type of confusion and they take my account out of verification, I will certainly delete this, but if you are reading this, please be very careful. If you choose to survey with them, do not leave any money in your account, cash out as often as possible to avoid them stealing your money.
**In response to your reply since I cannot reply**
Now am I aware that I am banned since after I posted my honest review, you have deleted my accounts.
I have asked you on MANY occasions to explain to me what I did wrong because I did nothing wrong and you will NOT explain to me.
I always took surveys honestly, all of the providers that I took them with I am currently in good standing with. I only posted honest information about what Your Surveys told me. Please do not take your personal battles out on myself or any third party.
I was your moderator for free for years, out of the goodness of my heart.
This is in no way blackmail. This is an honest person saying I did no wrong, you arent even clear on what you are accusing me of. I would like to know specifics. Is there really something going on such my account was hacked or is this coming out of no where?
Again, I have asked you MANY, MANY times what you claim I did and you will not tell me! You want me to guess and I do not know. I have sent emails and support tickets to providers of surveys and everyone that I have heard back from so far says my account with them is in good standing.
Additionally, getting to the point of money “stolen”, I do have money that is owed to me and will be filing with the BBB if that money is not sent to me. What I stated in my review was that if people choose to be on your site, they should not leave money in their accounts and cash out often.
And to answer your questions 1-4 in a nutshell:
I stated I have been on your site 6-7 years. Everything did seem legit until this incident.
Again, I would please like to know what it is exactly that I have done wrong. You have my email, my Super Pay account is still there as I write this, if you want to send it there or email me. A vague "security breach" doesnt tell me what I did wrong and I do not know and would like to know.

Hi,
As you are aware you were banned permanently for very serious breaches of our rules. We have the required information which clearly shows how you breached our rules.
That decision to ban you was absolutely correct and you are well aware of that. We had even provided you the opportunity to come clean over your actions prior to the ban, and you chose not to take those.
This comment is utter noonsense "They informed me that they were having several issues with 99Ventures (company that owns Offernation and the sister sites). They said the owners divorced and are battling back and forth with the company." so please stop posting false information.
We do not bow to blackmail, and its disappointing to see that you've stopped to this level. You will not be reactivated on our site. We would rather do the right thing and have a false 1* review on here than bow to such demands.
To accuse us of stealing is utterly disgraceful and you should be ashamed to be attempting to suggest that any money would be stolen.
If anyone works on our site who does not breach the rules, they will have no issues getting paid and that is a fact. We suggest you stop posting misleading and defamatory statements with immediate effect as this has rapidly become a bitter revenge post.
In the interest of a fair and balanced review, we ask you provide the readers with the following information:
1 - How many surveys have you received credit for over the last few years?
2 - How much have you earned and been paid to the account of your choosing at Offernation over the last few years?
3 - How quickly on average do your receive those payments from us?
4 - How quickly do you receive responses to support tickets.
If you give us permission, we are more than happy to post those facts on your behalf.
If you don't share that information, then we suggest the readers of this "so called review" question why you wish to hide that information from them?
