The identity verification process is unfair; I can't remember my phone number, and the website won't unblock me.

Account suspended after requesting withdrawal, what a joke of survey site. Absolutely not recommended.

Account banned after trying to do my first cashout... Should be illegal, as it is robbing from them. Don't waist your time with these scammers, looks like it is usual seeing reviews...

This is serval years ago! When was blocked there

Withdrawal requested and blocked.

This company violates legal data protection regulations regarding the retention period for user data.

Therefore, a complaint will now be filed!

The email is snotty and typically British.

It's time to visit the COMPANY in person! To find out who is the little Scammer behind this mail!

Made me waste waiting 60 days to say that finally I'm banned for "repeating offers". Why not just say it to begin with instead of wasting my time?

I'm writing a review solely on the actions of this company, they suspended my account today .it seems for no apparent reason.not interest in the suspension im writing this review as this company is going downhill fast, got totally bored of the pathetic amount of surveys offered.i advise not to use this site, have fun trying to make money,

This app is getting very high quality things

I've been a loyal participant with Offernation for a few years. They relaunched and I cashed out yesterday, but today I've tried to logg in and it shows that my account is suspended 😭 Not cool. Wasted my data and opinions for nothing.

Worst company/survey site including the sister sites of all time. They block suspend put you on hold for 60 days for $5 and still block you. If you see this site anything 99 ventures RUN !!!! Customer service is A NPC. Same copy & paste messages. I wish nothing but downfall on this trash pitiful company

Most people don’t realize that REWARDINGWAYS, OFFERNATION, and SUPERPAYME are all run by the same company. No matter which one you use, you’re dealing with the same terrible customer service, the same excuses, and the same shady business practices.

While they offer various ways to make money—surveys, games, downloads, offers—the real problem isn’t the third-party providers. It’s them. The moment you run into an issue, they’ll tell you, “Oh, that was a third-party offer, there’s nothing we can do.” They take zero responsibility and refuse to help if a survey or offer doesn’t pay out. But the second you actually start making money? That’s when they step in—blocking accounts, holding payments, making you wait months just to access the money you earned.

This isn’t a new issue. For years, people have complained about this company pulling the same stunts—delaying payouts, locking accounts over vague “security concerns,” and making users jump through endless hoops for answers. Just check the reviews—Google Play, the App Store, Reddit—it’s all the same story. Their system is designed to keep your money in limbo while they profit off your work.

Their support is robotic, unhelpful, and cold. No accountability, no remorse—just a copy-paste response that boils down to “Too bad, not our problem.” If you’re considering using REWARDINGWAYS, OFFERNATION, or SUPERPAYME, don’t. Find the survey providers they use and go directly to them instead. These sites are predatory, dishonest, and absolutely not worth your time.

They redesigned the site and deleted my account. I can't log in and I can't recover my password.

Reformularam o site e excluíram a minha conta.
