I have to say I was a little sceptical as the boots I wanted were £100.00 + postage but originally they were £160, so I took the risk and so glad I did, they’re fab🤩 shipped so quickly, they were G2 but in almost perfect condition, just no stuffing in the shoes, really happy, thank you Offcuts 👍

I would never purchase again from this company parcel shows as delivered but it wasn’t and trying to get it sorted out is disgraceful there is a lack of customer service message thought messenger and no reply try online chat can’t speak to anyone my first order and will be my last just sort this out and reply instead of ignore people 257577 is the order

Have made 3 purchased and was very pleased with the quality of the items. Delivery was good too. Will order again.

Fantastic service and delivered in good time too and saved me some money as they was out of stock and when they came back in stock they was reduced in price so I was even more pleased for that as I would of paid the full price had they been in stock only a week earlier.

Recieved my order within 3 days, was expecting a slight flaw due to being a third of the price! But can’t fault them at all! Immaculate! I’m am so very pleased with my purchase, I will order again

DO NOT order from this company! I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks which arrived promptly but were sadly delivered in the wrong size. Got in touch with Customer Services who also replied promptly asking for evidence showing the box and shoes which I sent back straight away. I was then asked to post the shoes back (at their cost) but I would only receive a refund (the size of the shoes I actually ordered seemed out of stock now - a fact that Customer Services neither denied or confirmed though) once the shoes arrived back in their warehouse (plus 5 days processing time). This is not okay and in fact illegal. I had a contract with Offcuts Shoes for an item which they did not deliver to me. They sent me a wrong item and of course I'm happy to return this but they're not in a legal position to withhold my refund (for the item for which I actually have a contract with them) until the shoes arrive back with them (plus 5 days). I don't see why I should be out of pocket for weeks for this businesses mistakes, so I will now be taking this up with my bank as I don't believe businesses should get away with shoddy business practices like this. I order a pair of shoes, they're not in stock = money back, easy peasy!

Office Offcuts have dreadful customer services. Before buying the shoes, make sure they are a brand you know fit you well so before you buy them you will know that you won't need to return them. Do not buy Office offcuts own brand because the sizes are not correct. Office offcuts own brand shoes are cheap and nasty, and avoid at all costs. If the shoes don't fit, then customer services will make you pay £3.99 delivery fee, a further £2.50 yodel returns, and then they will make up a fake reason for keeping the shoes without giving a refund. I have been shopping with them for many years because their prices of their shoes are so
good, but buyer beware, only order if you know you will be keeping the shoes, make sure you pay by Paypal, and DON'T even attempt to contact customer services because I can't even begin to describe how appalling their customer services are. The staff should be ashamed to even admit they work there.

Can't fault the service I received with my order. Saved approx £40 (30%) of RRP, and the Birkenstocks I received were absolutely immaculate. Order to delivery was about 3 days, which I expected with not paying for fast delivery, and I was kept informed of progress the whole time. Will definitely be using Offcuts again.

Delivery photo shows my parcel being delivered to a different house, and which I can prove isn't my house - contacted the courier who could not confirm address it was delivered to and advised to contact the sender to investigate and their response was to file a chargeback on my card and to tell me that they would not be replying to any further emails. Disgraceful customer service. I will never be shopping here again.

Order no 242875 Is owed a £9 refund but Anna at OFFCUTS is refusing to refund the £9 to the original card the order was placed from, or indeed at all.

I shouldn’t even have to ask for a refund. It should be automatic when you don’t fulfil the order. A professional company would do this automatically and would not wait for a request for a refund or make excuses.

Truly awful customer service and level of trust between the buyer and seller.

They basically make you go through hoops to try and obtain an outcome, however they’re very dismissive and abrupt when speaking to you.

I’d avoid using this place again in the future

Absolutely over the moon with my purchase. This has been an absolute steal, shoes are amazing, fits perfectly and looks stunning. O have got these for an absolute bargain and I couldn't be happier. I have been looking for a good pair of boots and when I saw this advertised on offcuts, o just had to rush to get them. This is money well spent and I'll be sure to be back again to check out some other bargains. Happy days.

Ordered some Birkenstock clogs, described as having a few marks but being good condition. I opened the box and found them to look in almost perfect condition! Result! However, on putting them on, could immediately tell they’d been cut wrong (I own 2 pairs already, so know the shoe well). There would be no way these could be worn without rubbing and cutting into your upper foot at the sides. This had not been noted in the description, I was led to believe the issue with these was cosmetic, not structural. I explained this in an email as I don’t believe I should have to pay for return postage as they were not as described and are unwearable. I was told they may or may not issue a refund on postage. I cannot wear them at all so returned. I was refunded but not for the postage, despite explaining on a note in the box what the issue was and referencing my email (which had detailed photos of the issue, which as its structural, is tricky to demonstrate). Extremely disappointing as I’ve now wasted money and my time, to re post, on shoes not as described. I would have been a loyal customer here, as I love the shop concept and would happily purchase less than perfect shoes if I can save money. However if when a legitimate structural issue is noticed by the customer and reported, and ignored, I won’t be repurchasing sadly.

After reading reviews about returning purchases I was sceptical about buying from this site but took the chance. So glad I did. I bought Ugg goldenstar sandals which retail at £110 on all other sites for £66. The sandals themselves were in perfect condition box was ‘battered’ but as this didnt make a difference to condition of the sandals I couldn’t care less !

Good service

Terrible customer service, I ordered three pairs of shoes, they attempted to deliver them, but I was unfortunately not home at the time. Instead of trying to re-deliver them or leave them in a safe place they were sent back and now there is no sign of my purchase. Office said they can’t find my order on their system (that email thread stopped after one response), the online chat isn’t working and there’s no phone number. I have no idea what to do next. £85 out of pocket and no shoes. I’m hoping they respond to this review. Couldn’t be more disappointed with a shop I used to trust.
