The best experience I ever had in purchasing something from an on line shop.
The care they put in follow the customers is amazing, you will feel like you are in a Spa day.
By my error I made multiple buy, of different items.
You will not believe, they wrote me asking if I really wanted different packages or an only one package with all the items together!!!! For who don’t know it means that after that and confirm one pack only was fine, they refunded me extra costs of mail for other packages.
Who will be so correct nowadays???
The items purchased were so amazing that I love them all. And they also give me a present for the purchase.
I loved to buy from them, and I will buy more. They are great in everything.
If I can suggest this shop? Yes absolutely yes. They deserve you to buy from them. Cause they care of the customers.and you will be very satisfied.

Once again, superb customer service from OEM Soko -Japan. I've ordered a few diecast cars from them, and all have been very well packaged and delivered in good time all the way to the UK. I would definitely recommend them and would buy from them in the future. If only all companies treated their customers this good.

Really satisfied with my purchase as Ms. Kayo was nothing but transparent about the status of my order—she even graciously offered me a discount for having to slightly delay shipment. As for the product itself, it arrived just a few days after being shipped and is in impeccable condition! The handwritten note on the free gift is a very nice personal touch too (*no store here in Hong Kong, big or small, would even bother to write a personal note). I will most definitely buy from OEM Soko again if the opportunity arises!

I just got my package from OEMSOKO. It came from Japan to England and arrived in very good time! The package came with a handwritten note saying thanks for your purchase, enjoy our product. Attached to my package was some sweets and a miniature car model (similar to the product I was buying). The product its self is in good condition and was well packaged.

Thank you to the people that sent it over, it’s refreshing doing business with a company like this compared to the ones here in the UK.

Everything is arrived in impeccable conditions except for the cd case, one of the corners is broken probably due to bad handling. I am sure that this accident is happened outside japan because i've already received packages from japan and all of them were perfect.
By the way, thank you so much and thank you for the free fiber cloth.

I ordered a model car and a visor, both were packaged exceptionally well. The order arrived in perfect condition. The despatch was fast and I received my order in Australia quicker than expected, about 8 days. This would be due to the care taken in labeling. I am always a bit sceptical when it comes to a new business especially overseas. But this business had a highly desirable item by a well-known Japanese artist that I just had to have.
So, I took the chance, and my beautiful items arrived within 12 business days to my home in Australia.

OEM Soko were very professional, easy to communicate and clear on the cost of shipping. The parcel was securely packed to avoid damage and arrived within the estimated time frame.

The Ara-taro car washing brush/cloth was certainly an interesting experience to traditional bucket and sponge.

I guess it's size/capacity to hold the car shampoo and water is very sufficient to wash a small car.

I own a medium size family sedan, and had to refill again once after, but that isn't a deal breaker because I was taking my time to really test out the new device.

Will be keen to check back on OEM Soko to see what other interesting products they will add to the store.
