Really bad customer service. You have to pay be yourself for the return. Bad quality and bad service! I still wait for an answer from the customer service till october. No reaction!

Super fast, friendly and very professional service
I was worried about ordering prescription glasses on the Internet but Oco were excellent. My query was answered instantly and my order, safe and beautifully packaged, arrived the next day. My Ted Baker glasses were exactly as described and the lenses perfect. And the prices are much better than other websites, so all in all I'm one happy customer and sure to come back.

Highly recommended
I really appreciate the customer service at this company; for the 2nd time this year Jennie at OCO has gone beyond the call of duty to get me the glasses that I want. Combined with really reasonable prices on quality brands and superfast delivery, I cannot praise the service I have received from this site enough.

Amazing price and super fast delivery
This is my first time using ocoglasses and I will not hesitate to recommend them.
First the frames (and premium Variofocal lenses) were less than half the price I had seen in vision express and secondly they were made and delivered in less than 5 days.
Great service and a superb product!

Great service
The service is really good. Glasses fit perfectly and there's no problem with my prescription. All my queries were answered very quickly, glasses with prescription lenses were sent within 24h with next day delivery. Brilliant service. Thank you!

What great service
I bought a pair of Phillips Stark frames with complex prescription extra thin lenses. We were immediately contacted to explain that the frames weren't due in for 7 days, but the lenses would be made in advance to speed up the process.
We were emailed regularly with updates, and a timed delivery given which was perfect.
The spectacles were perfect. I saved around £200 on high street optician prices.
A great company with brilliant service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for designer frames and quality lenses at a great price.

Fantastic idea... fantastic service!!!
Found the perfect glasses in an opticians but couldn't afford them... especially as they wanted an extortionate amount just for the single lenses too... that's when I found this website and the same glasses were available at a price I could afford AND the single lenses were available at no extra cost... win win!!! Better still the customer service was fantastic and I was very pleased that I could pay via Paypal (as you can never be too careful on unknown websites these days having this option meant more security and peace of mind). Very happy customer and have been talking about my bargain to anybody who will listen :) thank you very much!!!

Brilliant product but more impressive service.
I'd ordered two pairs of dita's before the one's I'd eventually bought. I returned them both and was refunded straight away.
I would highly recommend OCO sunglasses to others.

Great service
After looking on the website I found the sunglasses I wanted, but not in the required size.
I rang and spoke to Jen in Customer services who checked with the supplier and found they had them in stock, she then ordered them for me, and emailed me when they had arrived.
Excellent service and the sunglasses are amazing, great value.

Honest retailers and a pleasant transaction
recommend this website for sunglasses. Saw a pair that I wanted in the sunglasses hut and came on here and they were cheaper. Was a little unsure at first but after speaking to customer sales and the option to pay by PayPal I was rest assured.
Quick delivery and was notified delivery all the way till the end.
Will be purchasing my next pair at OCO.
