Oceanus Swimwear Anmeldelser 

Went to the Oceanus pop-up at Anthropologie in London, swimwear looked beautiful and unique from the window. I went in and there was a girl “working” the pop up space… she sat in a lounge chair on a phone the entire time. Her conversation was clearly social. I had questions so I paced around for awhile, left came back... Finally I caught her on a break between social calls, asked to try some things on… (was going to ask more questions but then didn’t bother) her reaction to me was short and dismissive, quickly jumping on another call. Honestly typical British customer service.

Apart from that the suits are VERY expensive and all over the place in terms of quality. Some pieces are very nice, others are well below average. Never pay premium for a piece that has the pattern/design only on the front- its such a cheapskate move and looks terrible. The bikinis are ok if you’re into strappy complicated things, personally I think it looks bad on… No piece has any structure, no cups or support for boobs bigger than a B cup. The cut for tops is often a square neck that just cuts across the chest in an unflattering way. It’s weird to use such expensive material in such a unwearable design. That said their beaded mini dresses are super cute albeit heavy, of course would need a bra which unfortunately would ruin the chic look. I could probably make it work, but didn’t wind up getting it because it’s £660 and that’s insane for something that would likely start to fall apart after one wear and be impossible to repair. That’s just the problem with beading and worth thinking about before you buy. As a designer myself, based on the materials I would not consider this a “sustainable” fashion brand and would be wary of any such claims. Happy shopping

Awful experience I bought something for 480 pounds it was huge sent it back and was told they don’t do refunds? Is that legal

Had to pay to send it back myself recorded delivery 15,00 for a smaller Size, that’s arrived and now that’s too small

Pleaded for an email back and nothing only very blunt messages on iChat saying that’s there policy

Customer service was awful

I’ve now had to send thjs back and pay another 15.00 to return and I’m left with no option but to get s credit note for £480 when there’s nothing on there website I want

Stunning swimwear! I absolutely loved my swimwear that I bought from Oceanus. I was first attracted to the brand as there is no other swimwear like it around. I love the embroidered details and the choice of colours that the brand uses. I bought the Callie and Charlotte Swimsuits for a holiday. They looked great and made me feel confident. They can also be used as bodysuits and paired with a skirt for the evening! These pieces are amazing and I can't wait to buy more

Hi, I recently ordered the pink cardigan. I saw your brand in a shop Martin York, Melbourne, Australia. They had sold out of the cream version and I then went online and saw the pink one. I recently purchased the callie bikini black. I’m so glad I made this purchase. I contacted the customer service team to change the size of the bikini bottoms and they were super attentive and kind. Plus, the the velvet material is soft against my sensitive skin. I can’t wait to wear it on holiday.

Horrible checkout experience thay didn’t allow me to review and confirm, shipped back over a month ago for a refund and the company has now ghosted me. Thieves and awful customer service, cost me £180 for nothing.

Bought 2 bikini sets last month worth $200. Received a confirmation email and money went out of my account, but have had no confirmation of shipment. Have emailed twice about it 2 weeks after and now a month after, and haven’t received any response or my item. Will I ever receive it? Probably not. Customer service is so important for online brands… their business is an absolute joke . Not worth the big money for big the worry.

My Oceanus swimsuit is my favorite suit in my closet. It fits perfectly and the details are absolutely stunning! I love the style and pattern and is extremely flattering even though I am a curvier frame.

The quality is amazing! This was my first experience getting an Oceanus swimsuit and bikini and I am thrilled with my purchases that I have also bought a dress!

Really beautiful pieces. The embellishments are amazing quality. I love that the brand is sustainable too. Would highly recommend if you want something unique. Customer service is really helpful..

I don't usually write reviews but this time I had to.
I feel very bad about wasting money buying a dress from the brand
the quality is absolutely TERRIBLE.
not to mention the fit on me isnt good and its not flattering, but after wearing it for one hour I noticed the side seams are falling apart (I was very gentle with it) and the sequence were falling off
now that's a drees they sell for 300$
the lining of the drees is very slippery and so it makes the fit a lot worse.

this is obviously the worst thing I ever bought and I'm incredibly disappointed

Terrible customer service. Paid 200 euro for a swimsuit and never received it. Pursued it via my bank and they have the nerve to say that it has been delivered to my address. Luckily I have screenshots of an email conversation with UPS stating that the goods are actually never delivered and returned to them. Customer service is not replying to my emails. And this is supposed to be a high-end brand. Please don’t be fooled by their fancy pictures! It is probably a drop shipping company.
Update: eventually my bank refunded me the money, because of the proof UPS delivered.
Also: the owner is bragging on insta by being on the Forbes “30 under 30 list”. Of course you
make that list if you steal everyone’s money. Just read the reviews on here and you will find so many similar stories of people who paid and didn’t receive anything and are being ignored by customer service. I am baffled that a company like this can continue to exist.

Oceanus swimwear is one of a kind. I absolutely adore their pieces, so unique, incredible quality and fantastic customer service. I have bought many pieces from them and will continue to. Their new line for 2023 is insane! I urge you all to head on over to the Oceanus site and see how amazing their designs are. 💕💕💕

I purchased a top for my daughter through a sample sale held by a vendor that carried this company's product. It is so stunning and well made, she wanted the matching bottom. I contacted Oceanus explaining I that I purchased it though a sample sale vendor. The people at Oceanus not only responded quickly but also checked their inventory to see if they could find the matching bottom. They could have said, "sorry you didn't buy from us, we can't help" but they didn't. They are customer oriented, concerned with quality, and their swimwear is fabulous!

Oceanus Swimwear is wonderful. I needed help via customer service and they quite literally jumped into action and bent over backwards to help correct a warehouse situation. I cannot recommend them enough- and they now have a fan for life!

As for the bathing suits- you can feel that they are high quality, shape well to the body and the beaded detailing is stunning.

5 months since my order and I have not received the package. I live in EU. I have contacted the customer service several times to return my money and they do not respond. This company is a scam. Do not make any orders if you dont want to loose your money.
