I bought a swimsuit, it was super cute. I love it so much.

The designs were perfect, as was the detailing. I liked the products I got, and I will recommend them to my friends for sure.

Bought my wife a dress for Christmas and the order was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas…. It’s now nearly February and never received dress. After reaching out were told they lost It and would send another in a week. One month later still hadn’t heard from them, after more persistence was finally able to get a refund. Overall pretty poor customer service.

I have ordered 2 swimsuits from this website and they are the highest quality swimwear I've ever owned! I also ordered the wrong size for one of the swimsuits and I emailed their customer service and they were able to change the size for me instantly and get the order shipped out the next day! Their customer service is also quick to respond via email and they were extremely helpful!

I made an order for the Smoking Bird necklace (so cute) and we had some shipping issues getting it to me. This customer service team is ON TOP of it! They are prompt, professional, and made the experience really easy. Definitely recommend this brand and it's team!

I would encourage anyone who had a less than positive experience to give this company another chance. There is a new manager and they are taking care of things. I was desperately trying to find a discontinued Eva bikini and I contacted them in hopes that maybe they had one that had been returned. They offererd to make a custom bikini for me. I live in the US and I received my order from London quickly. The suit is gorgeous. I will definitely be orderng from Oceanus again. I couldn't be happier with my suit and the customer service. I've looked and their style really is unique and really the prices are very reasonable.

I ordered the Leilani Dress off of farfetch in a size Large. When it arrived at my house, it looked like it belonged in the child's section. I normally wear an Australian size 10 or Medium but decided to size up just in case. To say this dress wouldn't even fit me as a top is an understatement. This dress could not physically cover any part of my body past my hips and it would of taken a miracle to zip it up. I genuinely think that this was an XS dress mis tagged as a L because, to quote the website, "Our size SMALL fits a UK8 / US 10. Fits true to size." and "Mini dress length" is complete false advertising. I was meant to wear this dress to my 21st birthday but now I have a dress suited for a child and out of pocket $500 as it was a final sale and I am unable to return it. Would really appreciate to talk to a representative from Oceanus as yes I bought the dress off of Farfetch but it is Oceanus' misleading sizing and style description.

terrible experience with this brand. i have not received my order and it’s been over a month. i do not recommend. they are money stealers

I absolutely love my Ebony Swimsuit that I picked up in the oceanus Canggu store. Such good quality and the crystals are stunning - would recommned!

Ordered a dress (not made to order, just a regular dress off their website) for my birthday. Chose the quickest shipping. I understand shipping overseas takes time and it’s a small business. I didn’t receive it in time for my birthday party. At that point it hadn’t shipped or even updated for 2 weeks. Then, I emailed customer service asking to cancel my order since I can’t use the dress anymore and it’s been weeks with no shipment. They never returned my email. I commented on their instagram asking why customer service is ignoring me and they read my message then my dress magically shipped. I know it’s going to be a nightmare to return so now I’m out $700 for a dress I desperately tried to cancel. Sadly some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I ordered two dresses for a special occasion and was very careful to check the return policy before purchasing because I had never ordered from this site before and wasn't sure how the items would fit or work for the occasion etc. The return policy online stated you had 30 days to return for refund but had to pay for the shipping. Based on this I made the purchase. The items took over 3 weeks to arrive and didn't make it in time for the occasion, so I ended up inquiring via the customer service email to return. I received an answer saying they no longer do returns and I could only exchange. Since I carefully checked the policy before buying, I asked if this policy was a recent change and they said yes. I asked if they would honor the previous return policy for this one time since it was my first purchase & it was made while the refund policy was still in place. The rep I was speaking with deleted our email chain history where she admitted the policy recently chagned, and started a new email chain claiming the policy is firmly exchanges only. When I asked why the email history was deleted & to speak to a manager, I received no response. I have followed up now for 3 weeks on the same email chain asking to speak to a manager and there has been 0 response. They have no phone number so I am not sure what else to do. Completely sketchy and basically false advertising about they're return policy...

I think the Customer Service is excellent in listening the customer needs. And also the design of the bikinis and dresses are really fitted to women's body. My sisters and i are the repeat customers and I've ordered wrong color dress for the occasion and Oceanus let me to return the dress and changed it with right color immediately because i needed the dress for a wedding. I am very happy about it!

I recently bought 2 swimsuits from them and the 2 piece swimsuit was so small even though the small in the one piece fits perfect. The big jewels on the bottom of the 2 piece are located directly between your legs under your vagina, so if you are walking it fills like you have a silver dollar dangling between your legs.Horrible. Ive emailed them at least 6 times now to see i i can exchange it. Not even asking for a refund and I’ve heard nothing! There’s also no phone number listed. I think i got ripped off! I will never order from them again!! Wish i would have looked at these reviews first! I’m going to London in a couple weeks and would love to walk into their store with the bad swimsuit and tell them I’m the girl that keeps sending the emails and since they dont answer i decided to fly there to confront them. It didn’t even come with a order sheet in the box with return instructions, which seems super sketchy!

The quality is not accurately represented by the price; the garments have a very poor fit.
Caution is advised, as their website enforces a strict no-refund policy!!
It appears that they primarily create embellished samples showcased in elaborate photoshoots or gifted to influencers.
The clothing is most likely manufactured in Asia, with low-quality control, very far from the luxury standard the brand is trying to establish.
I would advise staying away from this brand with questionable practices.

Avoid buying at this company!

I bought a dress from this company for 460€ they didn't told me that I have to pay 100€ taxes and 55€ for duties.
The dress has such a poor quality! Its transparent and way too small!
They told me that i wont get my money back
