designs look nice but that's as far as it goes, terrible customer service after they sent the wrong size and only beaded on the front not the back as the pictures show. sent the complete wrong size, after a month of emailing them they sent me the return address where they wanted me to pay for tracked postage to the USA one day before the 30 day return period was up. in summary what was the right size had a terrible fit, false advertising with the quality and extent of beading and horrible customer service. I have sent 6 emails of the space of a month, they take at least 6 days to reply if they reply at all.

Yes, on social media they look great, but in reality it’s the complete opposite. I returned my item at the end of January with proof. They even confirmed receipt and promised to send an exchange ASAP.
Now, over 2 months later after several emails, messages, and repeated promises still NOTHING. Every response comes from a different person who clearly hasn’t bothered to read or check previous communication.

I have contacted them almost weekly, and twice they assured me it would be resolved and the item shipped yet nothing has been done. No exchange, no refund, just endless delays and copy-paste responses.

Producing abroad is no excuse for treating paying customers like this, especially considering the high prices.

This is by far and I mean BY FAR the worst customer service I have ever experienced. A company that refuses accountability and breaks its commitments is not trustworthy! At this point, it honestly feels like a scam.

Save your money, and especially your time and energy.

Stay far away.

Oceanusthelabel and Oceanus Swimwear is the same company and they have not shipped my November order

I placed an order on the 7th of January, supposed to be completed 11th of February, then I spent 4 weeks getting a response, finally a woman has been helping me and I had a move on the items, then I waited a week and got a tracking so that was 14th of march, and surprisingly the courier lost my parcel and as of 19th of march I still don't have any items, the woman has promised to send the order so we shall see and if I get the items I may give another star based on her helping but genuinely it's been the worst and I mean worst experience ever because it's took so long , oceanus I'm guessing have different warehouse to make the items which is why it takes so long, and probably in bulk cuz just making one item is pointless, I ordered two items so my second item is still not sent and because DHL lost my parcel I don't have any at all, for all the fuss I honestly wish I never bothered and while there things are beautiful I'd recommend just buying from the flagship store and not there online page.

26th march update- finally received both my items, I gave three stars which originally was one star but only because of the London team who actually helped me, the items are very good quality, would I buy again ? Not really because of the waiting times but the actual quality of the items is amazing, I had a size large in Disney skirt and it fits nice.

Literally not a legit business and they deserve every single bad review they get. They won’t be around this time next year as the way they’re operating actually isn’t sustainable. They will reply to messages occasionally with outright lies. They don’t ship your orders and will promise you “goodwill gesture gift cards” but you’re not getting that either so don’t even fall for it. 11/10 avoid and dont even waste your time ordering or engaging with this “brand”. Why they’re stocked in Selfridges I have no idea 😂

This company is an absolute scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I placed an order at the end of the year and it took months to receive my package (alongside 100’s of emails and comments on their Instagram which they swiftly deleted). The best part was that they only sent half of my order! Amazing.

I have since sent multiple emails to enquire about the rest of my order and have heard nothing back. Customer service is non existent. They are simply just scammers.

Such a shame as the pieces look beautiful. But I won’t ever be giving this company any money again (because that’s what you do when you place an order… give them money. For nothing in return.)

I will continue to try to get my money back but it’s not looking hopeful. Vile company.

I ordered from Oceanus almost 90 days ago and have nothing to show for it. The company has lied to me for weeks and I have already filed a dispute with my credit card company. The package has allegedly been shipped "twice" now according to their website (which was updated well after the supposed delivery date of February 26th) and as of last week, which was 75 days after my order was initially placed. I would NEVER recommend this company, unless I was recommending to my worst enemy.

Great quality and items was received within agreed timeline.

Item *was* eventually delivered. My order was placed on November 15th 2025 and it finally arrived on February 19th 2026- only after contacting them several times through their PR manager, every single platform available (WhatsApp, email, Facebook, insta), posting my original trustpilot review and letting them know I’d be filing a complaint with trading standards. Their PR manager is absolutely lovely and very responsive and I was deeply appreciative of her efforts to help me out even though it was outside her scope. The Oceanus customer service eventually got back to me via WhatsApp, apologized, let me know they would be sending the item shortly and gave me a £50 gift certificate for the inconvenience-I appreciate the gesture, however, it is only applicable towards online purchases on their site and there is absolutely no way I will ever order from them directly again (unless one day there ends up being a change in the tide in trustpilot reviews). It’s really flabbergasting to see a luxury brand that has such terrible customer service. That being said, the item itself is exquisite- it is not the quality of their items that is in question but the way they deal with their customers. I’ve purchased several other items through other online retailers- all absolutely gorgeous (and arrived promptly)- which is what led me to purchase from their flagship site. That is a mistake I will never make again! It’s really too bad because their products are incredible. I have no problem waiting for items, however, they either need to be more transparent about how much time it will actually take, or figure out how to respond to customers more promptly when the stated 26 day production time comes and goes as it really seems like you’ve been swindled. Five stars for product quality, zero to negative stars for customer experience (except their PR manager, Sophie, who should run the show)

Absolutely atrocious experience. I placed an order on November 15th and got an email saying that it would take up to 26 days to create the item. Fine. After fourty days I checked the order status and it said the order had been delivered! I never received a package and checked with neighbors to make sure it had not been mistakenly delivered elsewhere. I never received an email with tracking number or shipping notification. I contacted customer service and they did initially reply to me saying that it was probably a system error as they could not locate a tracking number either and would forward my concern to fulfillment. It was at this point that I was ignored. I have messaged them on two different WhatsApp numbers, Facebook, Instagram and email and absolutely everything has been ignored. This is fraud and I am shocked that this company is still standing after experiencing this and seeing so many other customers who have had similar experiences. I am filing a claim with Trading Standards.

Terrible customer service and delivery. I placed on order Dec 3rd, and made sure I ordered something that was in stock and ready to ship as it was a Christmas present. Nothing was shipped out and I received an email to say the product was being made. When I questioned, the team emailed me to say the product was ready to send. After chasing constantly, the team told me the product was being shipped from the London office on the 18th and tracking was going to be sent. It has been 11 days, still no update, delivery or tracking.

For the price of the product, its actually shocking how terrible the customer service is and you couldn't pay me to shop here again.

Having the worst experience with Oceanus. It’s insane that a brand with such expensive clothing can’t invest in better customer service. I purchased a dress that didn’t fit and due to their exchange policy I can’t get a refund, so I requested another bikini be sent as a replacement. Now 3 weeks later and after several emails confirming the bikini will be sent, I still have no tracking nor clothing. It’s been a further 6 days and no response from their customer service, last email saying a courier had been booked but no further update. I wanted it for my honeymoon in one week’s time and I am unlikely to receive now. Such a shame. I am going to wait 1 more day, then will raise a claim with my bank as the company have not kept to their refund & exchange policy and still have £225 of my money, and I have no item! #11909 If anyone can help me?
