Very quick confirmation on purchase but had to chase up for delivery date.

Which was not over long. Delivered by DPD which I consider the best courier.

Had I not had to chase up on date would have been 5/star as excellent product.

Will definitely use company again.

Simon the MD was understanding and offered a refund or alternative - in the end I chose a refund.
I was emailed a courier label and received a prompt refund

Ocean First Marine were cheaper than any other retailer for the particular boat I wanted. Their delivery was also free , which isn't usually the case to Northern Ireland and the courier service was excellent. Very professional and helpful throughout. Won't hesitate to order from them again.

I ordered from the website and it allowed me to pay (over £600) and told me the order was being processed. Days later after a chase I was told they were out of stock and the product wouldn't be back in at the earliest until February 22. Obviously not their fault re availability,and I was refunded. Frustrating though.

Excellent, friendly advice and my order was processed quickly and efficiently. My new tender was delivered on time and was exactly as promised.

The purchasing process was fine. The only problem that the item was not shown on your website as 'Out of stock' but obviously was.

Excellent service, ordered new dinghy Sunday, got it Tuesday with a phone call on Monday.

I ordered online and apparently the Item advertised was not in stock, something which I was not informed of until after I had paid and waited for a day or so to find out and then a bit longer for the refund. It would be helpful if Ocean First could instal an ordering system which would not accept orders and payment for items not in stock (like some of their competitors)

Unfortunately our order could not be filled in our timescale not only did we receive a prompt refund Simon advised us where we could make our purchase quickly. That’s what you call superior customer service. Highly recommended
