I live in a semi-rural setting on the edge of a village, a property on my boundary was subdivided to add a single dwelling which I had objected to as it overlooked me, so that was changed and approved. No big problem until they then submitted new plans to put 4 x 3 bedroom semi detached houses with 9 carparking spaces on the same half acre, backland plot. That was the catalyst for me to find professional help in objecting, Owen has identified a litany of valid objections to breaches of the council's planning codes without me having to figure it out and write it up, which would have been impossible in any case as I'm not a planning professional. This was done very quickly and at a very reasonable fee and his work is my best foot forward for preventing such an outlandish development next door, I would absolutely recommend Objection Experts to anyone finding themselves in a similar situation, a relatively minor amount of money very well spent compared to the economic and inconvenience consequences of not getting the objection right and giving the developer a free pass to proceed unchecked.
