It all went well until we didn't have any issues or claim to make. When it was time to renew our policy and I mentioned a new medical condition and the medical issues which we are awaiting investigations for, they didn't want to renew our policy and simply dropped us, offering an option to cancel our trip, which we didn't want to do.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we're sorry to hear of the change in medical which resulted in a lack of renewal.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer cover for medical conditions which are under investigation, however it is something we are actively working on building in to the Oasis products and should be available later this year. Regarding 'simple dropping us', we're very sorry you felt this way, however this is driven by our underwriter and the criteria they set rather than Oasis.

Easy to use and good value
The application process is quick and easy to use. The package we chose for a single trip policy is good value for the cover provided. All relevant documentation was will us very quickly.
