Poor insurer
Every time I had to make the claim, the company tried to make it very hard for me. I have to repeatedly chase and send new documentation and they ended up on the partially refund the expenses I encouraged to in spite of clear policy conditions. Avoid this insurer.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we're sorry to learn about your negative claims experience.
From what we can see, this looks to have been attempted to progress via our our insurer, however we have since moved to a new insurer. I have subsequently asked out new insurer (Collinson) to make contact with you directly to progress the claim. We can only apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Easy to buy, reasonable options in pricing.
I can only rate the purchase which like everything today is easy. No claims were made so I don't know how easy this would have been.

Happy with Policy
Accessed the policy Medical Travel compared, was not the cheapest policy available, however the cover, excess and defacto 5 star rating swung it, response was immediate as well, so happy to have chosen it.
