Have dealt with Oakdale before. They are good at fulfilling orders in a short time. The quality of the products are always good. The delivery drivers are brilliant at what they do. I have always found them helpful and friendly.

One of the yard team really needs extra training in how to deal with customers,he is the most unhelpful and surly individual I have ever encountered
All he wants to do is get back in his forklift and look at his phone,he has no interest in helping customers at all.

Shane was able to get the fence panels to me before the weekend, and the delivery driver helped me to get them around to the back of the house, so he went away with two packets of chocolate biscuits one for him and one for Shane.
One point about these fence panels they are really heavy which goes to the quality of them and the driver said if they were wet they would be even heavier.
So 5 stars for help and quality

Driver helped me to put my order into the garage.
1 post was not good, I called them and a replacement was organised quickly and politely.it arrived 3 hours later.Customer service great.

Hi yes ordering was all good but delivery was not good promised on certain date but then cancelled because of shorted of drivers I emailed tom several times and ws told delivery would be a week later I had paid deposit to get fence done had to cancell at time .now wsa told yesterday that delivery would be as scheduled today but no time given???so not very happy with service very upset and had asked for some compensation ????Just had delivery and part of order missing phoned oakdale he said they can deliver next week no good to me as doing work 11th April and had phone put down on me and didn't give an option not happy at all 😡😡😡 08/04 / 2026

After strong winds I needed 3 fence panels to stop my large dog going into next doors garden. When I put in my order I put a message to explain the situation, expecting the delivery would still be at least a couple of days. But I received it in under 3 hours, absolutely fantastic service and good quality fencing.

Great product, competitively priced with a 1st class delivery Service. Massive shout out to the delivery driver who has worked for the company for more than 30 years. He was brilliant and is a huge asset to the company.

Have used Oakdale for many years now. Compared to other suppliers, they are always the best price. Ordered on a Sunday, my delivery was made on the following Tuesday! Cant get any quicker than that. the delivery driver was really nice as well! Friendly and professional. Well done Oakdale!
