Great player, excelent customer service
I purchased several Oakcastle MP3 players.
When two of them failed, I was able to get one of them to operate with the instructions of costumer service.
With the second one, which failed (stuck play key) the agreed to send me a Majority player.
I have purchased a Majority player and it is very good, but I like the display of the Oakcastle unit better.
The Majority player is very good also and I look forward to receiving it.
I loved this little CD player
I loved this little CD player! I don't have a smart phone and love my CD's, and this player has already been to Iceland with me and kept me company on the three night ferry trip.
I can't really fault it, amazing sound and light and compact to carry. All in all a great purchase!
IR100 - Easy to set up, excellent sound
When I purchased this internet radio receiver, I had no great expectations. But I have totally changed my mind.
It’s very easy to set up (and the multilingual instruction manual is very clear), it allows you to easily find international stations and even local ones broadcasting on the internet, it has a clean sound output, without vibrations or distortions coming from the chassis, and that fine minimalist 1960s look, which makes it fit perfectly in my home.
In short, I would say that I have an excellent radio set that keeps me company when I relax in the bedroom, at a very reasonable price.
Oakcastle CD-100 is very good CD, but customer service is lacking
The Oakcastle CD-100 is a very good CD player with bluetooth. Unfortunately, after 10 months of use , it stopped working. That is when I had the unfortunate experience to deal with several people (via e-mail) at Majority. It seemed like they had never used the CD, & gave me bad advice as to fixing the problem. Even though they had my registration (electronically submitted per their request), they kept asking for more data to which I complied. This took TWELVE e-mail"s and I was eventually sent a replacement CD

I bought two DAB-400 units (through Amazon) which performed well and sounded really good until one of the power units failed - Oakcastle responded brilliantly and sent a replacement unit which arrived within four days of the failure.

Oakcastle sold me an F100 mobile…
Oakcastle sold me an F100 mobile telephone. It is no longer working. Oakcastle have refused a refund or replacement as they say it was purchased from Amazon. However Amazon say as it is passed the specific time period it is no longer their responsibility. I purchased the F100 mobile phone on the 13th of July 2023. My order confirmation number is # 206-9117891-1359530
Display fault on my Boombox
I had a display fault on my Oakcastle BCX10 boombox - I was fully expecting to have to have it repaired, Josh at tech support told me to 'take the plug out for a few minutes and switch it on again' and all was fixed! Magic!
The CDs were starting up on the last track
The CDs were starting up on the last track on my Oakcastle DAB 400. Technical support answered my query straightaway. The guidance given was easy to follow, and the problem was quickly resolved.

Had great help from Eversden in choosing the unit. It is exactly what we were looking and has excellent sound quality and easy controls through the remote.
Warranty difficulty resolved…
The warranty data I had available was limited but this did not stop Andreea from conducting an in-depth investigation, which took a number of days and finding my warranty registration details so that my warranty claim could be satisfied when other firms would probably have walked away.

Am now getting to grips with my new phone, Had tried using a smart hophone but couldn't cope with how complicated it was so this little phone is ideal for sending texts which is all I needed it for so thank you so much!

My mp4 player suddenly stopped working. The email support answered my query within hours, were quick to offer a possible self-help solution and keen to communicate back and forth until resolved. Excellent service
Bought an MP100 MP3 player about 18…
Bought an MP100 MP3 player about 18 months ago. Periodically freezes but always sorts itself out with a reboot. The time though I thought it was gone for good. Emailed customer services on the off chance, got a reply within 24 hours which resolved the problem!
Excellent Customer Support
I have owned an MP100 mp3 player for over 2 years, and it suddenly packed up completely. I emailed support on a Sunday and got a reply on how to fix the problem that same day. Brilliant customer support!
An excellent little Micro Hi-Fi System
For the size of the Oakcastle HIFI200 Micro System, the sound quality is excellent and being able to do so much from the remote control is very helpful. It was easy to set up but when I had a problem storing presets for DAB radio stations an email to the Support Desk was responded to very quickly and the problem resolved. I would highly recommend this compact system.

Bcx100 - cd won’t play!!
Bcx100 - just turned it on - the hole in the centre of my cd is smaller than the circular component of the cd player! So it simply sits on it! If I close the lid and press Function it makes a grinding noise!
Update!: Despite being advised to not apply any pressure down on the cd, I found this was sufficient to resolve this problem👍
Still can’t easily store and select station numbers on the radio though - probably my age!!😩

The Oakcastle CD100 is a great CD player. It is light, looks good, easy to use and the sound quality is great. Very pleased with my purchase.
Purchased CD100 on a whim.
Purchased CD100 on a whim.. glad I did.. I seem to have come full circle with tech and am finding using cd's again very satisfying.. this is a great little product which with the addition of blue tooth I'm able to connect to my active speakers, my ear buds and portable speakers.. so also.. dunno about you but latterly I've been finding for what ever reason there always interference when using the internet or computer to listen to music ? Now I can play my collections from beginning to end and relax!!!!! Thank you
