Best 510 cart for THC oil!

I have been making my own THC vape solution and these are the best I have ever used. I make thick oil and the cart has no problem feeding it through to the coil. Very smooth draw and no burnt oil at the end. Very nice quality overall.

I had my Flip Ultra for about 2 years…

I had my Flip Ultra for about 2 years before I ended up sending it through the washer. I contacted O2Vape and was able to send it back to receive a new one. Very easy process, extremely friendly staff.

2 junk products in less than a year

Went through 2 nano's in 8 months. Not sure about the 1st, but the 2nd the lead broke from the heating element while changing carts. They have a lifetime warranty, but you have to pay $10 to get it. To get the military discount I have to give personal info to a 3rd party. I'm very disappointed in the company and the product, it's junk.

Based on the details you provided in your review, it sounds like at least one of your Nano's may have experienced an issue with the contact plate. This can happen if a cartridge leaks oil, which can cause the cartridge and the battery’s contact plate to become sticky or adhere together. When this occurs, removing the cartridge may unintentionally dislodge or damage the contact plate, affecting the device’s performance.

Unfortunately, without a name, order number, or email address, we’re unable to check for any previous communication regarding your order. We kindly ask that you reach out to our customer service team so we can look into this further. There may still be something we can do to help.

Regarding our warranty, while it is not a lifetime guarantee, it does ensure that you’ll never need to pay full price again. The replacement fee is just a fraction of the original cost, and this warranty never expires as long as you have the original device to return.

robust batteries and great customer service

I've been using O2vape batteries for years now, occasionally using the warranty to replace them. The Decoy has been my main battery for years and I've needed to warranty it once every couple years for wear and tear (repurchasing once when I actually lost the thing) which is pretty good in this space.
The warranty replacements are not free, but it costs about as much as a new crappy dispensary battery overall and considering rechargeable batteries last a finite number of cycles even with perfect care that seems totally fair to me. They don't require proof of purchase and will replace units for any reason. I even found a flip platinum (a discontinued old model) that had been sitting in a drawer for years and sent it in with the decoy this latest round and they replaced it with the new generation (flip ultra) for the same fee.
my recommendation for people who's batteries break quickly is to regularly clean the contacts with alcohol and keep an eye out for leaks because ripping the contact plate out is the #1 battery killer and an intrinsic flaw of the basic 510 thread design. with screw-ins in particular (as opposed to magnetic fittings) you can apply a lot of force to the contact plate without realizing it.

Bad product (O2VAPE), even worse company

I'm one of many that tried the O2VAPE and was highly disappointed. It's an expensive battery and while they do offer replacements, you have to pay $15 each time plus send the unit back on your dime. For that price and hassle, just buy a $20 battery at your local vape store and be done with it. Plus, it'll last longer. I know because that happened to me and a friend. We both bought the $60 O2VAPE. It failed me within a few uses and friend within a month. Contacted the company because clearly not due to misuse. (Mine never left the house!) But Dan at the company is good at wearing you down with “the only option,” which is to pay the replacement fees and get another battery... which will only do the same thing.

Friend and I chalked all this up to a bad purchase decision on our parts. Not the end of the world if you throw $60 down the drain, right? No.. But, the real clincher is, the company will not allow our unfavorable reviews on their website. Tried to publish my thoughts on the battery - which I should be entitled to do if they advertise their products with customer reviews - but the company blocked it. They initially said their website was undergoing some changes, to try again later. Fair enough. But I think they were banking on me forgetting to come back. When I did, I was still unable to publish my review. After writing them for over 6 months, and being talked to like a piece of trash, they are still not allowing my review on their website. That's why I'm here. Hoping that future customers do their diligence and look for reviews outside of the company's website before buying.

This is my contribution to helping those customers decide. My opinion is this company does not have consistently high-quality products and do not back their products with a true warranty (ie you're probably just paying for the replacement at their cost... so you're stuck in a perpetual replacement cycle of every few months, spending $20 to replace a battery you could have bought somethings comparable locally for the same price.)

Also, advocating for free speech.

Bottom line is, if company had allowed my review on website, I would have given it and moved on. So that potential buyers had the chance to read a dissenting opinion and make their own minds up. He says here that I emailed today asking to post the review - that is 100% false (but I'm not surprised). I asked well within the first year of purchase (in Jan 16, 2024 to be exact) to post my review. But they said website wasn't ready for that. So I waited. I think they thought I would forget. And here it is, a year later, and their website is still not ready. Come on folks... not buying it.

Also, I never changed my story. At the time, I only contacted them about a potential cartridge leak because I was new to vaping (this was my first battery). I didn't initially articulate that when taking a draw, it only hits every 18-20 attempts because I thought I was doing something wrong. Then some experienced friends tried it and confirmed it was the battery and not me. That was about 6 months after purchase and the reason I contacted them again. I explained that I had not used it very much because it was essentially unusable from the start. But the 30 days had passed so they wouldn’t even check it out (unless I paid to send it back). Anyway, for potential purchasers, know that the “lifetime warranty” is really you paying to replace the battery at their cost. No Dan, I won’t be taking you up on replacing my battery because of the whole reviews thing. It’s misrepresenting the quality of your products to only publish the 5-star reviews. It’s dishonest and lacks integrity.

Hello Catherine,

Now that you have told your side of the story, I will provide a detailed account of what transpired and urged you to write a review almost two years after the purchase.

On June 2nd 2023 you purchased a Flip Ultra Vape battery for use with cannabis. Over 6 months later, on January 31st 2024, you reached out with an issue and provided a picture. The picture showed the contact plate was pulled out of the battery which means you physically damaged the device.

At this time we clearly and concisely explained how this happens. When your or any cartridge leaks oil it essentially glues the contact plate of the battery and the contact plate of the cartridge together. Then when the cartridge is removed from the vape pen, the contact plate pulls out with the cartridge. Along with this explanation we provided our warranty process. Once again our warranty process involves sending the vape pen back to our office with the warranty fee and a brand new unit will be shipped to you. This warranty never expires and can even be used when you physically break the device as was the case with your vape pen.

After the explanation was provided with our warranty process in January of 2024, you did not contact O2VAPE again until October 30th of 2024 and this time with a new story. At this point, you decided to claim the product never worked from the time you received the vape pen in June of 2023. It was a convenient story to tell and you thought without a doubt we would cave into your demands. Considering you used the vape pen for 6 months without issue and reached out for the first time after physically damaging the vape pen we let you know that our warranty process can be used to get a brand new unit.

To be clear, you are still welcome to process the warranty at anytime. For any consumer reading this if you reach out in a timely manner (within 30 days) after receiving your order, we will troubleshoot the issue and if the product is shown to be defective, a replacement will be issued.

Lastly, in regard to reviews on our site, this is currently down. Our website has seen some major changes in the last year and unfortunately we are still fine tuning everything. Catherines last comments to us came today, calling our customer service manager "thick" which is ironic since she claimed we were bullying her.....

Don't waste your time or money

Purchased a few of these for a family member a little over a year ago. They had a sale, so I picked up 4 of them at one time. They used two of them for about 9 months or so until the first one failed. After that they opened a new one still in plastic and it was DOA. Thought nothing of it and moved to the last unit and that one did work. Threw the DOA unit in the drawer to deal with later. Fast forward a few months now that the other two units stopped working, I emailed the company and received a response from their "customer service" I use that term loosely because they are REALLY bad at customer service. So, for those still reading this. We now have 3 dead units, and one was never even used. Customer service said that we would need to send the units in and pay 15 dollars each to have them RMAed. I did this with two of the three units. They received the faulty units and promptly cashed my check. When the two RMA units arrived, one worked and the other didn't. Customer service asked me to send a video of the non-working RMA unit and the DOA unit from the previous order.... almost like they didn't believe me. Once they had the videos of the units not powering on they sent me an RMA for the new RMA and a label and packing to return the DOA unit and the faulty RMA unit. A little over two weeks go by and I reached out several times. I was told this morning I would need to now pay another 15-dollar fee for another RMA for a unit that never worked out of the box. This to me seems a bit ridiculous because they clearly have a known quality control issue. Why have me send the unit back and not RMA it? Assuming they plan on refurbishing it and selling it as a new unit all while keeping the money I paid for it. This to me is unethical and I will not be supporting this company in the future. The product itself isn't bad but the issues and customer service make this a 0-star experience for me.

After a year plus of use, we have no way of knowing what a battery has gone through. We have this warranty in place so that no matter the reason your battery has stopped working, we are able to replace the broken unit with a brand new battery. The warranty is built as a means to protect you from having to pay full price if there is ever an issue with your battery. In the first several months after purchasing a Flip Ultra we are very generous with replacements but after this grace period our standard warranty will apply. In this situation you are demanding a free unit for a "DOA" battery you received 12+ months ago.

You were notified that we wouldn’t be able to bypass the warranty process for the third unit before it was sent in due to its age. Im sorry for any frustration you’ve experienced but we have been very clear throughout the entire process. Below I provided a clear and concise recap of the situation to avoid any further confusion.

You first purchased 2 black Flip Ultras on August 12th 2022 (order#208030) and then six months later on February 19th 2023 you purchased 2 more (order#218169) totaling 4 Flip Ultras.

On March 3rd 2024, over a year later, you wrote in stating one was DOA from the previous year and the other 2 devices still in your possession were showing “Loading Check” which were unable to be fixed using our troubleshooting process so we advised that you take advantage of the lifetime warranty.

You then used the Lifetime Warranty for 2 of the devices, paid $14.99 for each, which we received on March 18th and you were sent 2 new units that shipped out the same day.

Of the two new units, you stated that one was DOA. After a verification video was received we sent out a brand new replacement on March 27th along with a pre-paid return label for the other Flip Ultra to be inspected, it was never stated that we would waive the warranty fee in any of our communication.

We received the two defective units on April 8th. We provided a return label because we wanted to inspect these units and verify they were not working. All units sent out for warranties are tested before being shipped which is why we wanted to inspect them further. At this time you already received the replacement unit for the DOA unit received when you processed the warranties.

You then sent in a 3rd Flip Ultra for warranty without the fee. As stated in the e-mail sent on March 18th, to complete the warranty on the old Flip Ultra (Purchased over a year ago) you would need to pay the $14.99 processing charge, as soon as that is paid we will gladly ship you a new Flip Ultra to complete the process.

I hope this breakdown helps clear up the confusion.

Best in the industry

Best in the industry. Had my FLIP ULTRA for a few solid months, went to replace it and shipped it off. Seems most people complain or are upset because there is a shipping and handling charges to replace it. Seemed worth it to me.

Only the best for me

This is a good company I have had problems with my vape pen they have a lot of questions because maybe they can help you fix it before you have to send it back or they just want to make sure that it's broken whatever the reason after you answer the few questions they will send you a new one I've had to do it twice now but I bought two pens because they're amazing and I love them just have a little patience with these people and trust me everything will work out just fine this is a good company their products are amazing I smoke over a gram a day and this pen holds up perfectly for me the flip one

It stops charging after a while and I've had this happen on 3 batteries from O2Vape so it wasn't just one battery. My real problem with O2Vape is their outrageous shipping costs. You will double your total costs when you check out just due to their hidden costs in their outrageous shipping.

Your shipping costs ARE HIDDEN. The buyer can't see the way overpriced shipping/handling fee until after they have given their credit card at the very end of the transaction. If I buy a vape pen for say, $40 there, the shipping and handling would be almost that much so yes, the price doubles with your outrageous shipping costs. What a way to rip people off.

They are a great company

They are a great company. I have order twice from them and they shipped my items out very fast. I had a problem with my second order but they answered back to my email in less the an hour. They also fixed my order and they also let me keep the wrong items I got from them. Best company to buy cartridges With out a doubt.

Trustworthy source for high quality vape hardware.

Very pleased with the quality of product this company produces. You can just tell the product people are quite deliberate about the engineering and aesthetic choices that go into the production and sale of their hardware. There are so many companies producing this kind of hardware that DO NOT care about the quality or safety of their products - I purchased from several of them before I found O2 - and there is a world of difference here.

Some examples of why I think they make GOOD STUFF:

- Tasty carts. Everything I vape through their cartridges (both full-ceramic and non) tastes like... the thing I'm vaping through it, and nothing else! No metallic taste, no "dry hit" taste. Of course this depends on the thing vaped through it, and O2 can't control that, but what they can control for, they do.
- Reusable carts. You get what you pay for. I have refilled my O2 carts several times before they start to get "stale." I have experience re-using carts from other brands like Delta Ape, and CBD is Better. No knock on those folks, they make fine disposables, IMO. But this product is superior for the environment relative to those, and in the long run, is actually cheaper per use, because you get more uses out of it. Of course this also depends on your usage habits and what you vape through them, so YMMV.
- Well constructed carts. You can just tell by looking at and touching the carts that they are well-constructed. The silicon seals are of good quality. The glass is ground so as not to have any sharp edges. The carb on the airflow-adjustable carts actually works well. All of these things indicate attention to detail, and good design to me.
- Stylish, discreet, and reliable, variable voltage batteries (I got two Nano's and two Lil' Bitty's). The "user interface" on these is as simple as it needs to be, and no simpler. They're efficient, no-nonsense devices compatible with a wide range of carts. AND, they're serviceable (of course you need to know what you're doing regarding circuits and batteries).

Tried to re-order a product which is impossible to do

Tried to re-order a product. Opened their website 3 times. There is no search function on the O2VAPE website. Called customer service to order and the person who answered said she was new and not at her desk, put me on hold for along time. I finally asked to speak to a manager. The rep cut off the call. A manager called back. He was was extremely rude, blaming my computer and me. I don't know how this company stays in business. I noticed that 25% of their customer reviews are "1 star". I will now buy my products somewhere else!!!

Ma'am, That is correct that you called in and talked with a newer rep and told her that you could not find the search bar on our website.
After the rep mentioned to you that she was not at her desk, she then told supervision your concerns on the way back to her computer. In the mean time, supervision checked both the mobile and desktop version of our site to ensure it was working properly.
The rep then got back on the phone which is when you told her repeatedly you didn't have all day and that we were taking too long. She apologized and told you that we were not seeing the issue you mentioned and tried to explain to you where the search bar was located on our site.
You asked her to input the order directly for you. Which she started to do and in the process of doing so, it wasn't as fast as your expectation, so you began rushing and being rude. When you are being rude to any customer service rep, regardless of experience it's unrealistic expectation that they will be able to speed through a process efficiently.
At this point you asked to speak to a manager in which case she attempted to forward the call to her manager. The call was dropped in the process however the manager did call you right back and apologized for the mistake. He then went on to let you know that you may need to clear your cache if you are not seeing the search bar because it was working properly from what we could see.
At that point you accused him of blaming it on you and your computer which he explained he was only trying to help and that sometimes these things happen with computers (having to clear the cache if a website is not working properly on your end).
You then said that you were no longer going to be making this purchase from our site which is when the call was ended.

The first one the battery says it’s charging but then won’t fire and the second needs to be held the correct way for function.
