I was shopping at the store in Buckhorn pa..2 workers were having a loud discussion,and every other word started with the F bomb..that was very unattractive,and not professional at all..it madwe me just leave my cart sit and go home..disgusting.

SO DISAPPOINTED!!! Today I went to Ollies on John Fitch Hwy, had a cart full of things including things for my pool. I went to check out and could not find my 15% off coupon as I tried in vane. The lady told me to go into my Email and get it from there to which I also tried for approx. close to an hour. I could not get into my Email. The lady told me to go outside because sometime there isn't good service and it works better outside. I showed the lady exactly what kept coming up and said okay I will go outside and try it as suggested. I dropped my keys on the floor to which the lady was nice to bring them out to me as I proceeded to try and get online into my email. The lady then went back into the store (OLLIES) and took all of my groceries and things and put some of them back with the rest being placed in another cart with other things not mine to be put back on the shelves. I asked the lady if she could please just give me the 15% off since she knows I am a member and the 15% off is only for Members. She told me no she cannot do that. I asked to speak too a manager and she told me she is one of the managers. I said okay so can I please talk to the other manager. She told me no, there is no one else but her there. I said okay and that is when I noticed she took and put my things in that cart not mine to go back on the shelf with some things already gone. I said you actually took my things and put them back and in that cart to go back the rest of my things. The lady said you just up and left. I said no I did not you told me to go outside to try and get into my email, as you said sometimes it works better out side and I did tell you I would be right back. Also; reiterated She knew I was outside because she actually brought me my keys when I accidently dropped them in the store. I have shopped at this store numerous times since they opened in Fitchburg and thought it was a nice store. They have a sign that says the customer is always right, the customer always comes first and if you forget the rules go back to rule #1. The customer is always right but that is absolutely not true. This not so nice lady knew I had a coupon being a member and telling her it is only good until the 7th of this month, 3 more days and could have even did an override to give me (HONORED) the 15% off. I left the store with nothing in hand, mortified and upset. Biglots always had the coupons right there at the store for those who forgot or couldn't find theirs. With my Health issues I don't always get out and to be treated the way I was today by Ollies Employee; boy do I miss Biglots!!!!

Then get schedule and don't start for a week and half later and then only given 12 hours a week???? Was told now it's based on available hours, open availability and store needs. Yay, bait and switch, waste my time. Good luck In this small town.

I would like to thank Ollie's for all their service and help. All the employees, when I need to find something, know where their merchandise is and when I ask they direct me right to it. Lots of times they will walk me to the item and pick it off the shelf for me. That's a big help and is a time saver. The employees are courteous knowledgeable and friendly. I always love going to the Ollie's in Selden because they always have incredible deals, actually amazing savings on all sorts of stuff. You can't believe how much you can save on many of their items. Anyway I highly recommend visiting Ollie's in Selden. It's a great experience and you will come out happy knowing you got a great quality product at an incredible savings. Thank you Ollie's

I Love Shopping At Ollie's Bargain But The App Is Horrible…
I love shopping at Ollie's Bargain Outlet in Gallatin,TN. The workers are nice and very helpful.Only problem I had is with the app. It is horrible. Lots of time I can't even get on my online account with them.When I did finally get on to check my information. My phone number was backwards.Then I was just trying to change my phone.And I can't even corrected my phone number on the app. I noticed in the reviews more people was having problem with the app more than they was actually having with the stores.
Duncanville,TX Poor Customer Service-Do Better!
While in the Duncanville, TX store, I assisted a cashier for approximately 20 minutes in retrieving a heavy area rug for another customer. Despite my effort, I was not thanked, nor was I offered any assistance when it came time to purchase a heavy rug for myself. When I needed help, I had to ask the same cashier—who was on her phone—to assist me. Her response was dismissive, and her attitude came across as rude and unprofessional. I even had to prompt her to acknowledge my help with a simple thank you. Additionally, the store manager appeared inexperienced, unknowledgeable, and indifferent to the situation. When I initially came in to process a return, the cashier and manager seemed unsure of how to proceed and required assistance from another employee, Brinin.
I want to recognize Brinin for her excellent customer service. She was the only staff member who demonstrated professionalism, competence, and a willingness to help. She ultimately had to step in to assist both with my return and the manager seemed irritated that she had to get help and didn't even say thank you for the assistance from Brinin. I made it a point to thank her. The managers incompetence, nonchalant attitude and poor leadership was apparent that she needs more training. Think about promoting Brinin.
Store is a disaster
Store is a disaster. One person at register. Americans would do well to stop being trained. These stores are training us to stand in line. Products are not priced. Workers don't care. I have compassion for the worker. Ollies simply will not see me much. Do they need me? Not really. Do they need customers absolutely. Time will make the change one way or another.

One day I came in here with my dad and I have a service animal dog that sits in the cart to reach my chest inner lady told me I cannot coming here with him in the car he had to be on the ground which I tried to explain to her why he was in the cart me and my dad said to leave because there's no way he was going to let me walk but I'll leave him on the ground where you cannot reach my chest when I have a panic attack I've been there multiple times I've never had an issue before with him being in a card until recently which really is sending me my father's visit going in there to look for stuff

I went to the Ollies In Moline, IL.. Good store, but check-out is always a nightmare. Today, a long line with just one very slow cashier. The people in front of me had shopping carts with tons of merchandise to buy, while I had 3 items. After 10 minutes of waiting and a line that hadn't moved, I realized I was going to be waiting at least another half hour. I threw my stuff on the floor and walked out in discuss. That's the second time I had to do that.. Good prices, but absolutely rotten service. God forbid they call another cashier to the front to open one of the other 4 unmanned cash registers.

I love ollie's, but I went into ollie's in lake city,oh my it was bad. You could not walk down any iles because stock piled up,I mean down every Ile boxes every were,I ask the cashier what's was going on she just said by the end of the day we do the best we can and we short handed. DO NOT……I repeat DO NOT get a credit card from Ollie’s. We have a new Ollie’s in my home town so I applied for a credit card and was approved. I received my card in the mail and went online to activate it and couldn’t get it to activate so I called customer service and was told it was being reviewed by the fraud department and to wait for an email from Sunbit as to when the review was completed. I then received an email from Sunbit saying they’ve closed my account. I’ve now looked into the reviews and apparently it’s common practice for Sunbit. And yes they did a hard inquiry on my credit report. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

On Nov 24 e-mail to open Ollies Charge
On Nov 24, 2025 Ollies sent out an e-mail that stated if you open an Ollies charge, your first purchase with the card you get 20.00 off instead of the usual 10.00 They had a large link that said APPLY TODAY!
I APPLIED and made the purchase of 21.40 and they only took off 10.00.
When I called they said that the promotion started on Nov 28 and I applied 4 days too early. Their e-mail said APPLY TODAY so I applied on the day I got it and they will not honor it. So I closed my charge and I will not go there ever again. That is a form of bait and switch

Nightmare at Ollie's part one.
I went to shop abit at Ollie's in Bristol Va on Euclid Avenue, and the bathroom and floor aisles were filthy. I just tiptoed right back out the front door and washed my shoes in a parking lot puddle.. skip this store at all cost.
Terrible Terry
McKeesport, PA. I had a terrible experience at Ollie’s Bargain Outlet. When I asked why the restrooms were closed, the manager became extremely rude, loud, and aggressive. Instead of giving a simple explanation, she shouted that it was a corporate decision and then followed me out of the store, yelling and even threatening to call the police. To make matters worse, she refused to give me her name when I asked. As I was leaving the store the manger yelled, "my name is Terry now what are you going to do about it sucker." This behavior was unprofessional, hostile, and completely unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others about the way customers are treated here.

Ollies in Kansas City on Berry Road was so dirty. I went in the bathroom and about puked. It was filthy. I reported it to the cashier and she said there was nothing they could do about it. I will not be returning to that filthy store.
