It’s amazing
It’s amazing. Like topcashback on steroids. What’s not to like. At least 10% cashback with retailers. 20% off gift cards up to £100 every month. Quick payouts. There’s a monthly fee which is essentially refunded every month via a monthly bonus as long as you make one transaction with any retailer. Looking at all the negative reviews, these people really need to read how it works before signing up and then complaining about it. I save up my Argos gift cards for big purchases.

They told me my account will be…
They told me my account will be reopened after sending in my docs but it’s been more than 3 days and the account is still blocked and I’ve been emailing them to reopen it and they just flat out refuse to respond to any of my emails.
Edit: Are you guys even reading what I said ? I already sent you the documents which your team approved but they said my account would be reopened but until today the account is not reopen.

Niggly to use
In principle the NX Rewards seems a good scheme. But it's a bit niggly on little details. You have to submit receipts with your name on, so no using accounts for online shopping shared with your partner even if the addresses align etc. This seems unnecessarily restrictive for couples who share their shopping and finances.

Although the marketing approach makes it seem like a scam, it's actually saved me money. Just need to be well organised to make sure to do the monthly transaction. I usually do a sainsburys shop for that.

NX Rewards: avoid unless you intend to use it every week
I signed up to a National Express account and understood that I had entered their rewards program if and when I used their services.
This morning I was surprised to see that £18 had been taken from my account from NX Rewards, which I now know to be a separate company to National Express. I have not used any National Express services since I created an account, so am rather annoyed that I was steered to a reward programme National Express must have known would charge me monthly. I have cancelled it but have lost £18!

We try to make it as clear as possible that our programme is a paid subscription and mention this multiple times on the sign-up page, that there is a monthly fee after the 30-day free trial period ends.

Our record shows that your membership has been cancelled on 20 August 2025. But you can take advantage the benefits of the programme until 19 September 2025.
For your reference, we are offering the following rewards for our members. Please note that terms and conditions may be different depending on the member’s agreed sign-up form.
1. Cashback – In order for us to track your purchase, you must sign-in first on our website then look for the retailer you want to purchase from. Select the retailer and you will be redirected to their website. In this way, we can track the transaction from our end.
2. Monthly Bonus - Your Monthly Bonus is our way to say thanks for being our member, you can claim this every calendar month. Just make sure to return to the retailer/service provider where you signed up and forward us your booking/confirmation email. We would like to remind you that your Monthly Bonus is not automatically tracked by our system unlike Cashback. These two benefits are totally different.
3. Welcome Reward - you can claim this within 90 days after your joining date. You must present your second receipt from National Express. The receipt must not before the joining date nor the same date as you join.

I have never beleave that you can gain…
I have never beleave that you can gain finance on these money back thinks when you pay a monthly perscription but it does work here. I have manage to get my perscription back plus 200% more.

Too complicated, don't event try it.
Don't even try it! It is so difficult to get the cashback; there is always something wrong or missing in the application. However, it seems that somehow I managed to create two accounts, and obviously, I've been charged for the membership despite not submitting the required information to confirm my identity. In summary, they don't have enough details about my identity to pay me the cashback, but enough to collect payment from me.

Applied for the National Express cashback via the online account. I received an email after that to say they are busy and usually take 7 days to reply. It’s now been nearly a month and haven’t heard anything back. Complete scam and a waste of time. Utterly aweful
