My two dogs love the food and their customer service is amazing and very responsive. We've been using NutriCanine for just over a year now and love it!

my 3 doggies are seniors and picky. The moment I introduced to them NutriCanine Beef Recipe…I was surprised with their reaction. They finished their food in just a few minutes. Their poop are formed. Despite being seniors, they are more active now. NUTRICANINE is Highly recommended dog food for optimum health.

Eddy, my 10 month old Coton de Tulear loves NutriCanine. He looks forward to his breakfast and dinner everyday!! The ease and convenience of being delivered right to my front door is awesome and customer service is top notch. I'm very happy to support a great Canadian company that puts the health of our pets first.

But it is true... Your dog will literally look at you different for the rest of their life. They're healthier, happier, more energized, and I'd love to think that around 5pm she just can't wait to come see me, but she really just can't wait to get her mouth onto the thing she's been dreaming about, thinking about all day. Which is Nutricanine.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Nutri Canine.
I placed an order intending to try the food only, as my dog has significant sensitivities and does not tolerate many commercial foods. I did not realize the purchase was set up as a subscription, and I would never have agreed to that given my dog’s history.
Within hours of eating the food, my dog began vomiting, so it was immediately clear this was not a good fit. Shortly after, I received a notification that a shipping label had been created for a second order. I contacted Nutri Canine right away to cancel it.
They initially responded quickly, stating that my order was not associated with the email I had written from and instructing me to email from the address used to place the order. I did so—multiple times—and received no response. I followed up again from the original email explaining that I was not getting replies and that my dog could not eat the food, but I was repeatedly redirected without any actual assistance.
I again tried the email I ordered from, before anyone responded, the second order shipped anyway—an expensive and completely avoidable situation. Days later, Nutri Canine finally replied, apologizing that the order had already been sent and suggesting that my dog might be vomiting because he eats too fast or doesn’t tolerate potatoes, advising me to simply order a different protein. The clear implication was that the issue was my dog, not the food or their service, and that I should place yet another order despite the unresolved problem.
When I pushed back, I was told the order could not be canceled because it wasn’t done in time—entirely ignoring the fact that I had emailed multiple times over eight days prior to shipping and received no help.
This experience felt dismissive, inflexible, and poorly handled. The lack of timely responses and inability to assist directly caused an unnecessary shipment and expense. I would strongly caution anyone with a sensitive dog—or anyone expecting responsive customer support—before ordering from this company. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card since Nutri Canine refused to help or correct the situation.

Portion sizes are perfect as topper. Delivery arrives on time and well packaged. Our dog loves the chicken and beef and we’re excited to try new flavors.

NutriCanine is a great place to deal with. They are extremely accommodating, extremely nice, and my dog lovers her food. She was a lazy 4 year old Shih Tzu, that has completely changed for the better. She now loves to run around the yard playing with her ball, even in all the snow we are getting. I would recommend to any dog owner out there.

Nutricanine is literally the best prepared dog food company I have found. I had previously been with 3 other companies that were a disaster.

My girl absolutely luvvvvvs her Nutricanine chicken and turkey dinners. She sits right by my feet when I'm scooping the food into her bowl. When I put the food down it's GO time and by the time I wash my coffee cup I hear her bowl hitting the sides of her acrylic table as she's still licking a completely empty bowl making sure there's not a speck left. As a fur-baby Mommy of a verrrry picky eater this warms my heart.

Packaging is absolutely superb with easy-open tabs and the package fits into a sandwich container perfectly. All dinners are made fresh right before shipping and arrive exactly on time as noted in their excellent notifications.

Customer service care is outstanding with a lovely, personal touch that addresses all your questions with immediacy and an abundance of patience. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional in their expertise of fur-baby daily nutrient needs.

Nutricanine offers great customer service. The meals are always delivered as specified and on time. My dog LOVES her food and waits for meal time every day. I can’t say enough about the quality of the food.

Our "Wicks" absolutely loves her dog food! We found that she was throwing up a lot and decided to move from kibble to NutriCanine Fresh Dog Food and it was the best decision! She new barks and gets excited for her meals, has not been sick since starting (6 months ago) and she seems to have her puppy like energy back at age 5! We feel good knowing it makes her feel good and is excited for meal time.

Comet loves his Nutricanine food. He recently moved here from India and has always had fresh food back home. Getting a subscription service like this helps keep up with his old diet plus I don't have to keep going to Costco to pick up bulk meat and hand make the food! I also wanna give a shout out to Hilary from the team who is always so kind to answer any questions I have!
My only feedback if any, would be to make the pieces of carrots smaller, as Comet always leaves the big pieces and I have to cut them up for him.

After trying many different foods for our Australian Labradoodle, we were recommended to try NutriCanine. We have started our girl, Nova on this ~3 months ago, and it's been such a positive change to her diet. Before she hardly had any interest in eating, now she wakes us up each morning for her breakfast, and the same for supper. The differences we have noticed: not as itchy, more energy, her breath smells 100000% better, she's happy and excited to eat, and her coat is soft/fluffy. We are so happy we made the change! We have been feeding her the pork, and all of the tummy issues she had before have disappeared. We highly recommend it! Not to mention the customer service is 10/10 and CANADIAN! Thank you, NutriCanine! Nova is one happy pup!

My dogs love Nutricanine food. They get turkey flavour and always gobble it up. It’s packed with nutrients, veggies and turkey and always finish every bite. I know they are getting the vitamins and necessary nutrients with Nutricanine but most importantly they love it and their energy shows it

I’ve had a great experience with NutriCanine dog food and their customer service. The quality of the food is excellent, and the customer service has been responsive and helpful. The biggest difference I’ve noticed is how incredibly soft and healthy my dog’s fur has become. My dog loves the food, and I feel confident knowing she’s getting high-quality nutrition. I would definitely recommend it.

The quality of the food is amazing!!! My dog cannot wait until her feeding time. She seems more energetic and happier. She digests this food so much better than her previous food.
