It’s a few months now that my dog has been finally eating all her food and I’m thrilled beyond words. No more constant cooking and time spent at the pet shop wasting everyone’s time. I have had an excellent experience with Nutricanine and my Pomeranian who is a bit of a picky eater has enthusiastically taken to eating her fresh meals from NutriCanine. She used to struggle with frequent GI issues and those have cleared up since she's been eating this improved NutriCanine diet.

NutriCanine for sensitive guts and allergies…Westie-approved!
We started with NutriCanine about a year ago for our three lucky dogs (Westies). All of them absolutely devour each recipe, and I immediately noticed how elevated their level of excitement became at mealtime. Since I transitioned over to exclusively feeding them NutriCanine (as per our holistic vet’s recommendation), I am shocked how their gut health has improved and how it shows in their whiter, shinier coats. Particularly where there is no more discolouration around their muzzles! Many dogs, like our Westies, have gut sensitivities and allergies, and I have seen this addressed simply by feeding them better quality food, made easy with NutriCanine. I’d like to think of how much money and grief we are saving on vet bills and a better quality of life. Hugely recommend - all dogs deserve it.

NutriCanine is the way to go for all sorts of reasons.
First the food looks delectable and Jake, my dog, really loves it. He never skip a meal like he used to. Jake is a senior dog at 12 years of age. He had teeth pulled out recently so he really appreciate the soft food. I always say his poops are plastic poops: very easy to pick up. And I have only great things to say about the people at NutriCanine. They are attentive and they do back flips to help you in any way. I am thrilled with everything at NutriCanine. Try it; you will adopt it.

Charged Food I Never Received
I had a terrible experience with NutriCanine and would strongly caution anyone considering their subscription service.
They charged me $376.19 for an order I tried to cancel immediately after receiving notice that it was being prepared. I never received or accepted the food, yet they refused to refund me.
Instead of resolving the issue, they told me to "do the right thing" because they are a small family business, warned me that I could be flagged with Shopify, and claimed that credit card companies usually side with them.
I was forced to dispute the charge through my credit card company, which ultimately returned my money.
Very poor customer service and extremely disappointing business practices.

NutriCanine is a subscription-based service, and our fresh meals are custom-portioned and prepared specifically for each dog. As a member, you have full access to your online platform and are able to make changes to your subscription whenever you want. Because of this personalized, made-to-order process, once an order enters production, the fresh ingredients have already been committed, and cancellations cannot be processed retroactively.
As a proud, small Canadian business, we hold ourselves to strict guidelines to ensure we can consistently deliver high-quality fresh food and exceptional service to fellow Canadian pet parents. We did nothing outside of our established policies, which are clearly outlined for all members upon sign-up.
We made numerous attempts to reach out to you via both phone and email to find an amicable solution and resolve this issue constructively. It is deeply disheartening that instead of working with us, you chose to engage in a manner that felt like bullying toward our team.
While we are glad your bank resolved the financial matter to your satisfaction, we stand firmly behind our policies, our team, and our commitment to serving our community with integrity. We wish you and your pup the very best.

A friend recommended NutriCanine for my picky-eater of a puppers. Normally, my dog will “love” a new food for about a week and then start turning her nose up at it. I ordered the Beef Recipe and the Salmon Recipe and rotate between the two. It’s been 3 months and she’s still loving it. I’ve noticed that her weight has stabilized, her coast seems softer and her poops are smaller and drier. I haven’t yet tried the other recipes but will bring them into the rotation in the future. We are very happy with these meals and would recommend!

First orders good until it’s not
Signed up for convenience and got everything but that! Awful customer service and inconsistent batches that my pup won’t eat. Better off buying at your local pet store. Country Cookhouse, Stella and chewies is a great brand and half the price.

Because we cook our meals in small batches using 100% fresh, whole-food ingredients without artificial fillers or shelf-stabilizers, slight natural variations in texture or color can occasionally happen between batches—much like cooking at home. However, the quality and nutritional value should always remain exceptionally high, and we completely understand how frustrating it is when your pup refuses their bowl.
While we know there are many great commercial options on the market, our pricing reflects the premium cost of sourcing fresh, human-grade ingredients and custom-portioning them for each individual dog.
We always want to ensure our pet parents and their pups are well taken care of, so we would appreciate the opportunity to look into your specific batches and help make this right. Please feel free to reach out to our customer support team directly. We wish you and your pup the absolute best!
Awful
Ongoing issues with this company since I started ordering from them, and it has become both expensive and exhausting.
They canceled my subscription because they can’t take accountability for their mistakes. They also still charged me for my last order. so I will be going through BBB for their nonsense and taking it up with my credit card company.
-food arrived completely thawed TWICE that’s over $200 worth.
-lack of concern from customer service

The last thing Hilary just mentioned over phone calls which was the chargeback on credit card they always win. ( which means there’s multiple issues and this is not appropriate what so ever)
Customers only bring up issues when there is one. Especially sensitive to when it comes to our dogs. The response says a ton about a business.
There are multiple complaints with similar issues. See trustpilot , Reddit and other review sources. However, they try to report the bad ones as quickly as possible but they must be held accountable. Who messes with a dogs food cycle.

Jasper absolutely loves his NutriCanine meals! He's a 10 year old Aussie shepherd who loves food but has had some digestive issues over the years. The NutriCanine meals have been fantastic for his digestive issues, his coat and his energy levels. The packages are easy to use and taste great....I tried them myselft. The orders are easy, on time and no fuss.
