The training was presented with the depth on Leadership approaches and supervision of the based on team performance and and team building approaches.We did cover a holistic approach when management on staff development.It was well interactive and engaging training.We were not only bookish but further focused on pragmatic application on the knowledge acquired .

I had an absolutely excellent experience on both my Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications with Nurture Training & Development. The training and support I received were incredible and have helped me develop my leadership and management skills within the care sector.

I recently completed the NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care with Nurture Training and Development, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Throughout the course, I felt consistently supported, encouraged, and well guided. My assessor, Debbie, provided clear explanations, constructive feedback, and regular check-ins that kept me motivated and confident in my progress.
Reflective practice was challenging at first, but Debbie broke it down using practical examples and helpful feedback, which helped me improve quickly. Communication was always professional, timely, and person-centred, making it manageable to balance learning alongside my work commitments.
The course materials were well structured, relevant to real practice, and easy to understand. Each unit linked directly to the skills and responsibilities within my role, helping me apply theory to everyday situations. I especially valued the focus on legislation, safeguarding, dementia care, behaviour support, and reflective practice, as these areas strengthened both my knowledge and confidence. In particular, the behaviour support unit helped me develop de-escalation techniques that have reduced incidents within my setting.
Nurture Training and Development created a positive learning environment where I felt comfortable asking questions, seeking clarification, and reflecting honestly on my practice. My assessor encouraged critical thinking, helped me recognise my strengths, and supported me in identifying areas for development. This contributed significantly to my growth both academically and professionally.
Completing this qualification has enhanced my communication skills, deepened my understanding of person-centred care, and strengthened my ability to work safely, ethically, and confidently within my role. I now feel more prepared for future responsibilities and career progression.
