Very bad service! Worst experience!
Received dead plants and very worst courier options ( tracon )courier.
I ordered plants from this site ok July 2 and I received their order on 25 July total more than 20 days of traveling for plants very bad customer support only ticket communication and courier supply provided by this are more than worst
I never had such worst online experience money sucking people

Now, I know what you're thinking, "Isn't it NurseryLive?" Yes, it once was. But my recent experience made me question whether 'Live' was perhaps an ambitious stretch. For in this house of horticultural horrors, the 'live' plants seem to have embraced the 'live fast, die young' motto before they even reach your doorstep.

The customer service, you ask? It appears they've taken a leaf out of Waldo's book, mastering the art of vanishing without a trace. I've sent enough messages to fill the Grand Canyon and yet, nothing. The echoes of my pleas vanish into the void, leaving me wondering if the 'service' in customer service is a relic of a bygone era.

Then there's the app. Imagine an app so unresponsive, you'd think it was on a permanent digital hibernation. I can almost hear it snore each time I dare to click or swipe. An app should be a gateway to a world of convenience, not an infuriating labyrinth where patience goes to die.

So here's my chorus in this botanical opera: NurseryLive is more like NurseryDead, a phantom delivering dead plants, offering ghost-like customer service, and an app that sleeps more than it works.

In the end, the star I award isn't for NurseryDead. It's for you, the reader, a lighthouse guiding you away from the rocky shores of this e-commerce shipwreck. If you're seeking green pastures, take my advice: steer clear of this botanical boneyard.

I ordered a set of 12 succulents. 3 arrived dead, 2 died soon after and 1 is dying, despite all efforts to prune, fertilize, sun, etc. - at the hands of a professional gardener.

When I informed their customer service, they gave me a Rs 300 discount coupon. This was ridiculous, but I didn't want to waste time on such a small amount of money.

I placed an order to use the Rs 300 coupon, and that order didn't get placed though the payment went through. Now, it's been a week and their customer service is doing nothing to help.

I've paid for my plant order. It has not been delivered, and there has been no communication from their team. All I get is a bot response that says "Ready to ship." I've seen several people complain on their Instagram page, where they market products, but no one ever responds. It's an elaborate scam.

These guys are online thugs! Just stay away from them. Here is their modus operandi:

1 - They keep spamming you with emails and messages. Even if you unsubscribe, they will not take you off their distribution list.
2 - They keep sending you offers saying you have some credits that you can use. But these are fake messages.
3 - After numerous emails over last two years or so, I used one of their promotions where I had to pay INR 159 as delivery charge for two plants and they would not charge anything for the plants. My minimum expectation while ordering this was that the total value of the plants should be near the amount that I am paying, keep aside the INR 600 value that Nursery live is claiming.
4 - When I received the plants they were 4 inch tiny plants in a cheap black plastic pot that you will find at local nursery. The cost of these plants at your local nursery is INR 20.
5 - I felt completely cheated and I raised a support ticket telling them to take the plants back and return my money as I am not happy with their plants. However, they sent a totally inappropriate response saying I have received correct plants.
6 - After doing this, they blocked my email address. So when I replied to their email response, my email was rejected by their server marking it as spam.
So stay away from these thugs and don't spend your valuable time and money with these guys.

BIG CHEATS , NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. SELLING BAD QUALITY DAMAGED PLANTS AT VERY HIGH COST. Don't deserve even single star.

Fraud no response after placing an order, they give automated response in wats app.. fraud app..

cheaters, i ordered bulbs and 2 plants, for a month they did not deliver and said they are importing the bulbs and then after a a month they said it is under mandatory quarantine till 22nd Nov, and on 21st nov they delivered 2 dead plants. did not deliver the bulbs worth Rs 600 and claimed it was delivered on 21st nov

Extremely Pathetic services , I placed my order almost 1 month ago , neither received the order nor received the refund .

Nursery Live ppl are such a jack ass** that they will not let u place order on COD bcoz ultimately u as a custer will suffer and its none of thwir business

Order showing not dispatch After 21days of placing order

Just order plant worth rs. 1147 . But i don’t receive any order id , sending lots of emails but no reply from nurserylive.com. Fraud
Want talk with them ya chat with them but no reply.

I dont even want to give 1 star also..such a fraud company..dont have any ethics.

They have not dielivered my order and also they are not regunding money

They dont have customer care number..always i nèed to send mail and their comes with same reply..its useless

1. I placed two orders as follows:-
- Order No. NLV1411534222 Dated 20 Oct 2022 for Ranunculus Bulbs and Hyacinth bulbs
- Order No. NLV 1411543649 dated 07 Nov 2022 for Royal Ranunculus bulbs.
2. Both orders have not materialised.
3. An email to their customer care has gone unanswered. There is no telephone number listed on their website.
4. Apparently this is a company not serious about honouring a confirmed and paid for order.
5. I am filing a complaint against them with the consumer court for not honouring the order placed with them along with payment made in advance.
5. Please exercise caution while dealing with this company.

Ordered for Ranclus bulbs for Rs 882 online on 15th October .TILL date nothing received. MESSAGE ON CHAT..STAFF HAS GONE ON DIWALI HOLIDAYS .

I placed an order on 12-10-2022 (NLV1411531356). The order has not been shipped yet.
Placed another order today, 26-10-2022 (NLV1411536328). I am now worried if even this will be shipped in time.
Tried contacting their help centre (chat). No response.
Order NLV1411531356 is eventually delivered on 31-10-2022, after 19 days of ordering. The packet contains only 9 bulbs (instead of 10).

No quality seeds, 8 to 10 seeds in packet of rs 110 , getting professional, no timely dispatching. ordered for round brinjal and since 4 years  but every time sends small brinjal seeds . very poor quality.
