I wouldn't even give 1 star if possible. Negative rating for this company. It's a scam. They sell dead plants and then don't reply. I had to comment on every Instagram post for days to end up getting noticed to get a refund from them.

They charge Rs 80 for delivery and the delivery is too slow, they dispatch the items after 5-7 days and it taked 10-14 days to get your package. The customer support is the worst. They dont respond well and even if they do the respond after 4-5 days.
Very very bad experience
Very very bad experience. I ordered 4 verigated Jade and after 10 days, today I got 1-2 leaves tiny and damaged money plant (which I not even ordered) and which were not worth even Rs. 10 each. It seemed they plugged one small branch from a money plant and put it in a small 3" poor quality plastic pot with some soil and sent it. This did not survive even the delivery time.
I paid Rs. 600+ for this? I could have got much better locally for 1/10th the cost. What I ordered and what I got! Full fraud. They are cheating and have no ethics. There is no review of what is the order and what they sending.
Extremely disappointed. Beware please. Go to your local nursery and you would be much happy and can get better quality and cheaper and will not get cheated too. I regret my decision to order . Please be careful.I don’t want anyone else to get cheated.

Worst experience with this nursery brand. My 2500rs got wasted, I only got one plant delivered from DTDC. I have no idea about the other plants. Kindly don't buy from NurseryLive. They are scammers, my money got wasted. they won't respond to your emails and ofcourse they don't have customer support team to answer your calls.
Service has deteriorated pathetically especially in Delhi
I have ordered from nursery live quite many times when I lived in Mohali till last year. I have always got proper products. But since I have shifted in delhi this year and ordered from here, it's just a nightmare. I don't know such bad service is due to the specific area of their service has become pathetic from 2024 First time when I ordered, I received the wrong plant which costed much less than what I had ordered. Nursery live provided refund but in the nursery live account. So the next time I had to use that refund for purchasing from them only. So I ordered some more plants. This time they sent the shipment from two different delivery partners i.e. DTDC and Dehlivery. I had ordered 4 plants and a gardening tool. I just got one plant delivered by DTDC. The rest of the shipment costing around 700 rupees was with Dehlivery who are known for their pathetic service. So my package is not delivered till date. Moreover afterwards I got to know that it was nursery live's fault because out of the four items they had sent only one through Dehlivery. The rest of the shipment was never sent. I am putting so many requests and raising tickets continuously from last 15 days regarding my incomplete shipment. I have sent them all proofs. But no one is responding. They are causing harassment in this way. So my money got wasted. I am never going to buy anything from nursery live again

I had a horrible experience with @nurserylive, ordered a couple of fertilisers & plants. That order never turned up, I continued to mail and Whatsapp them but to no avail. I finally told them to cancel my order but no response, no refund. They are forcefully holding on to my money and not replying to my emails. They’re crooks, please don’t ever make the mistake of ordering from them.

The delivered plant was damaged, when written to nursery live they responded will provide Gift card for the damaged plant......after that they are absconding no response no gift card nothing very bad support. Please don't order though Nursery live.

Notable deterioration of quality
Notable deterioration of quality from 2021 to 2024. Late delivery, sending wrong plants, and cancellations at random have made this untrustworthy. I returned a plant and I have not received refund still. Very bad experience.

It's been month since I ordered, but not delivered yet , customer service 0 , no telephone number for communication.
Atrocious Service
The Delivery of plants was very very late, so wanted to cancel the order hence I wrote an e-mail (Since there is no phone number for support) for which I got no reply and one item is still missing with no reply to this mail as well
Very poor service
They take forever to deliver your products. Not just plants but planters as well. No surprise the plants are not fresh. Very poor service. If you order something as a gift, you will be disappointed.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM if you want a fresh and lively plants.
I do not feel like giving atleast 1star to them.I would just rate them 0 and less than that. My order has been placed on October 20th 2023 from that time till 2november 2023 they are saying me that order is In transit. And they are not even allowing me to cancel my order which is Ridiculous! And this cannot be encouraged.

Very Bad Product Quality and Customer Service
I have order multiple plants from Online Plant shopping website nurserylive com, I received the all products in some day interval. Many Products/Plants are in bad condition and some are almost dead, Very few of them were in good condition. I have raised the issue and created the ticket on their website, there are no Customer care no. provided by them. I have raised the ticket with in 3 hours after receiving the product.
Initially they asked to keep under observations for some days, I follow the instructions but I am continuously receiving the damaged and dead products and I am adding that in the same conversation. There were some missing and wrong products also. After continuous follow up and complains they have shared the Gift Card of Rs.10. And after that they disappeared, they did not replying to my emails . I tried to create multiple tickets on their website so in hope that they will reply back. After one and half month they replied on the new order ticket, which again they sent the damaged products.
Till now I have ordered more than Rs.7500 from their website and when I calculated the cost of damaged or dead and wrong products it was more than Rs. 2000. When I asked what about compensation or replacement of other Products, they told they already shared the Gift card of Rs. 10 for that. They also added that I should have shared the issue within 48 hours after delivery then they might have replace the products. But when I showed them that I raised the ticket with in 3 hours of delivery, then they replied they can't do anything now.
I checked their reviews on every platform, people from all over India have gave them poor review, It's not only me, they are doing this fraud to so many people across the India. If they are not having any local vendors then they should not accept orders for the long distance delivery.
I have waited for 1 .5 months for the resolutions from their side but I got only Rs. 10 gift card in return. I just want have a proper solution for all my concern, and now I want complete refund of my damaged product of Rs.2000 and If they should also give compensation of my 1.5 month wasted for waiting in hope of my solution and affecting my mental peace. So, that I have to take this action from my busy schedule.

Even i had mentioned in the mail that if issue is not sorted out with a weeks times I would write a negative comment on the review, waited for two weeks, still no one is bothered to reply such an arrogant attitude, ignoring the customer

Buy at you own peril
I made an order and paid online. Even after 10 days the order was not do dispatched. After multiple ticket submissions, they said it was delivered. I haven't received it. They are not willing to help.
Their customer service is worst. They don't respond. Do not buy from nursery live. You risk losing money and time.

Step 2 : Order which you placed and so showcased on website may be subject to pictures only , it has no resemblance with the product you recieved. You can recieve the following:
1. Dead plants
2. Unrooted plant
3. Broken plant
4. Rotten root
5. About to die plant 🪴

Step 3: There is no evidence of customer service provided on their website , no live chat support so provided , ticket system so provided which may not hold a link to view on. So no connectivity to get any support with customer service agent to get resolved your own issue. They are FAKE !!

Step 4: went on with several emails to which they acknowledged that the product so I received are damaged , and will be provided with gift card of Rs1740 for the damage caused or damaged product ( WHICH TILL DATE HAVEN'T RECIEVED, AFTER 17 EMAILS AND INVESTING 34 DAYS FROM DATE PRODUCT SO RECIEVED )

Step 5: Now when I my efforts went in vein , I nearly checked to write a review about my experience, and got to know I am not the only one who dealt with this ridiculous situation, felt pitty onto the people who suffered the same insanity , but got to check who gave the 5 star , but sooner came to know these ppl aren't only SCAMMERs but also IMPOSTORs , have themselves wrote the review rating themselves as 5 star during the duration of 20 Jan 2023 to 24 Jan 2023 , woah a lot many buyers chose the special occasion to rate them 5 star on the same duration , hats off to being such a FRAUD, INCOMPETENT and RASCALS
