It helps stabilize my REM sleep somehow. I like how it also helps me stay regular as well, which may not make me slimmer necessarily, but has helped cut down on bloating and helped maintain weight even though I have the occasional treat.

The products they’re turning out are working well for me. For example, I have been using the Bio-X4 and the Nighttime slimming for some time now and they have made a difference for me.

We started our journey with Bio-X4 December 18th and have designed our diet to consume under 1500 calories daily. But mostly our days are 1100, and that seems to be working well for losing weight. I've also noticed very little digestion issues. This is our 39 day taking your Bio-X4 supplement and I have lost 10 lbs. and my wife has lost 7 lbs. but seems to have plateaued for 4 days. That happened to me for several days also. We still eat well but are more focused on the better choices, for less sugar and processed food products. We feel better overall, and it may be due partly to seeing this work for us. We also appreciate your insight in nutrition and the little book to help us keep track of our daily commitment.

I've been taking Nucific BIO-X4 for a few weeks now. The probiotics definitely helped me with weight management. My stomach is flatter since I started taking the product. There has been no side effects and the probiotics assist with a cleaner colon daily. My weight is down 6pounds. I have less bloating but have not seen weight loss. I follow a very low carb diet, not true Keto as I don't eat all the fat as Keto recommends. I eat 1200 to 1400 calories a day.
I've had to stop as I am on an antibiotic for bladder infection & taking both caused stomach upset. I will start back up in a few days.

I'm down 5 lbs after 35 days. But I don't feel any change in energy. I don't like that I'm peeing so often, especially at night - 2 to 3 times when I never used to get up at all. My wife has only lost 2 lbs and also no additional energy. We are both senior citizens so our energy level may just be what it is. We do try to walk a couple miles per day.

I have never had the right level or mix of enzymes. Lifelong poor digestion. Now that I am on the Nucific product, my digestion is smooth, I feel so much better and my weight is consistent.
