I think this is the best prebiotic I've ever used. It's tasteless... goes great in a flavored water, and helps digestion tremendously. I had to buy a different brand because Nucific wasn't available on AMAZON, and it was half the quality of Nucific. I really want no stars because I just looked at the bottom of my bottle and it expired a year before my order they sent me an entire Box that's a year expired and now they don't answer their phones!

The problem today is that videos can be manipulative, containing both truths and lies, that ultimately aim to persuade you to purchase their products. This is especially problematic for those of us who are not experts in the field, as we may be easily fooled. Even the FDA approval does not guarantee the product's efficacy as they can be bought off. These videos, often seen on social media, lure you in with the promise of natural cures but are, in fact, selling more pills. This only adds to our dependency on them, and it is shameful that they take advantage of people's ignorance. If you want to lose weight, the solution is simple and free: eat fresh, unprocessed food, exercise, spend time in nature, cultivate healthy relationships, and maintain a positive mindset.

When I combine the Nighttime with the Bio-X4 It is like a one two punch in helping me loose weight. When I don't have my Bio-X4 I can definitely tell in my appetite.

I had abdominal pain that doctors couldn't account for after doing CT scans (2 different ones) and a colonoscopy. Since taking the Digestive Enzymes, I have had much less digestive discomfort (bloating & gas). I have become more regular, too, without the loose stools.

I cannot even fathom the enormous amount of research and hard work she has accomplished, and we are fortunate in our own lifetime to be the collective benefactors of her tireless work. Her research should be a model for others to strive for. Dr. Lee should be awarded a Nobel prize for how she unselfishly contributes to our well-being, or at least the cover of time magazine! I have been a restless sleeper for years. Since I have been taking the night time formula I am getting solid sleep almost every night. On the nights that I am not, it typically because I ate food way passed the time I should have stopped.
