To say we're impressed and NPES Solar are excellent, would be somewhat of an understatement to actually how delighted and happy we are with what we have!! We are totally impressed, blown away, over the moon with how good this looks and how well this has all gone. From the roofing trouble we had early on (scaffolders put a foot through felt) but put right/fixed within an hour by our roofer (covered by NPES Solar), the consumer unit relocation and upgrade handled by our electrician and then the complex installation of the panels and inverter themselves handled by the totally smooth NPES Solar team - all done on the same day! 🙏 Rain or shine, they pressed on - we did find biscuits and regular coffee/tea refills helped, but they didn't stop for lunch (or at least appear to...) and arrived before 0900 and left when it basically was getting too dark to be safe on scaffolding!

We had high expectations from this setup, but actually our installed panels have exceeded them in every single way!! The panels look great, the install is as slick and solid as you would expect and we know we’ve got the best customer service back up from the installers (one of the biggest reasons we selected them from a ‘short list’ of 8 installers and 7 quotes - wasn't meant to be that many)! Honestly, its a slam dunk!! It couldn’t have gone any better!

Our review process for all the other installers to help us choose included reviews from here and Facebook - the Trust Pilot reviews were actually 'OK' (questionable, but still 'OK'), but it was the Facebook reviews of the other installers, they were something else - we implore you to check your shortlisted suppliers/installers also!!! Horror stories of loose wires, panels falling off, very poor customer service... Some of those were national companies who have 'been around for 25 years' or more already, who tried to explain that some of the reviews were fake and not real customers, others were blaming the demand and rush to beat the FIT scheme coming to an end and being 'overwhelmed', but all we cared about was that we have an honest relationship with a genuine company, who understands the journey we're on (V2G/H) and can help us with what we need as well as challenge our approach, not just accept everything we're asking for so to make a bigger sale!

Price was not the reason we went with NPES Solar, they were actually more expensive (by a fair margin) when it came down to the final 2 we shortlisted, but the biggest thing which swung it for us was two fold:

1) Weeks before we made the decision of who to go with (but had already shortlisted to top 3), NPES Solar said "if we don't win the business, would you mind letting us know what we could do better to improve in the future (AMAZING)"
2) Our desire to go with a certain panel manufacturer whom NPES Solar did not have access to via any stockists or suppliers they (at the time) worked with - so, they went and formed one!! And within a few days!!

Honestly, NPES Solar are without any hesitation, the very best supplier and installer available to the market today and seemingly will travel all over the UK, based on our experience and research. We have already spoken to our neighbour, whom is also very interested in doing something very similar to us. Also, we will hopefully be adding a further 4 panels (1.4kwp) to our existing setup in the near future as our electric car 'fleet' grows, so we will be going straight back to NPES Solar again then, absolutely no hesitation.

Huge kudos to the NPES Solar team, with both hands down. We really enjoyed taking this journey with you and thank you for indulging and educating us whilst we quickly learned the technical components and how everything would 'come together' based on our vision of the future for us.

I can't recommend this company enough. From beginning to end they could not have been more helpful. From the initial quotation where they have me different install packages and options with the recommendations running through and explaining the tech. I chose them not because by far they were the cheapest, they were highly recommended. The guys that came out to fit were very knowledgeable, professional and tidy. On completion of the work they gave me a run through of everything, making sure I understood it. I can't fault them.

After our call for assistance to a FIT meter not working, we were advised of engineers' names and time of visit. Engineers arrived and everything they did was explained clearly. I recently moved house and NPES decommissioned my solar panels at my old address and fitted them at my new house. They were very flexible, punctual, kept in communication with me, and did a great job at both locations. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I recently had solar a system fitted with a iboost for the hot water tank to enable me to get free hot water.
From start to finish I was glad I had this company do the work ,the first contact was by telephone a little bit of work and first quote over the internet, but I asked for a home visit to get a better grasp of what I required.they came to my house as requested and we agreed a system.
They got things started by arranging a EPC and arrainging a program of work all of which happend as said it was planned.the work was compleated in a full day all up and running except the iboost that was faulty out of the box.(not their fault) they exchinged it couple of days later all working fine now .they even included a monitering system which i was not intrsested in but now am addicted to.and love to see what i am getting.

After getting 3 quotes, npes solar came out on top for me. They were very knowledgeable, gave me a great price and weren't pushy. I definitely reccomend npes solar.

I reviewed a lot of solar suppliers, NPES SOLAR provided me will all of the information and quotes i requested. The install team were professional and tidy.

I received excellent service from this company they carried out the installation professionally . I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

After shopping around and comparing quotes for solar, we found that Npes solar had the best deal, we in the end took advantage of the Autumn solar edge deal which came in much cheaper than a standard system with competitors.

I have no problems in recommending them in all aspects, from first contact to final installation, a true 5 star service.

The service and value for money we received from NPES Solar was second to none. Recommend to anyone considering having a solar installation of any size.

Promptly gave answers to my initial questions. Turned up when they said that they would, and completed the installation by when they said that they would. No mess left behind for me to deal with afterwards. And most of all, they didn't drink me out of house and home on the tea/coffee front either!

This is an installation which I feel is something that I have bought rather than have had sold to me. They did their survey, answered my further questions and then departed, and that allowed me to make my decision at my leisure. Didn't take me long to place the order.
