Had a solar and battery system fitted to my property in July 23 after months of research and couldn't be happier with what NPES Solar have provided.
Gary was really helpful in giving advice on the system I required to fit my needs and the different equipment being used too.
The workers who visited the house were polite, friendly and helpful in showing me what was going on. I had to leave the house one day and leave them there and they even hoovered up before locking up and leaving. The electricians were particularly good and helped to set up the app and got me running with it too.
The aftercare so far has been speedy too in providing the handover packs and certificates needed to get me on the right tariff. I'm confident they'll be available to help me with any faults that could arise in the future too.
I will 100% recommend these to my friends and family without any referral payment gimmicks required.

From planning to installation we were kept updated on all aspects of the schedule.
The actual installation was carried out when we were told. The two electrical engineers worked very hard in difficulty weather conditions and when finished cleaned up everywhere they had worked. Finally once finished they spent time to go through the installation explaining how things worked. How to use the apps. So Gary, Matt and Dan. You are a Great team a lovely company to deal with. I would recommend you to anyone as the number1 in your field.
We had got quotes from 4 companies. You stood head and shoulders above the rest and you were not the cheapest. But definitely the best.

From initial contact right through to the system handover, I can't fault NPES Solar. Having had a bad experience with a previous company, NPES did everything they could to reassure me that their installation would run smoothly - and it did! They weren't the cheapest quote that I had, but I feel that I had good value for money. Sometimes you really do get what you pay for.

I am very impressed with NPES Solar having had panels and battery storage fitted this month. The whole experience was good from the initial quote, the survey, fitting and instant response to queries. The system performance is also exceeding expectations. I recommend this company 100%

I would like to give a big thank you to all the guys at NPES. From start to finish they were helpful, informative and polite.
They installed our system in September 2022, (solar plus battery) I still feel comfortable calling them them to ask random questions.
We had a short delay in beginning due to the logistics/supply of components coming into the country, but communication was good, and in the end we settled on a slightly different system.
I'm very pleased with the SolarEdge system that was installed.

I relied on Trustpilot reviews and referrals when selecting an installer for solar panels and Tesla Powerwall and EV charger, and am entirely satisfied with the service I have received. Jon and Gary, the owners of the business, are professional and knowledgeable and provided, and tailored, an installation design that met my specific requirements in terms of performance and price. The solar panels and charger were fitted quickly with minimal disruption. The Powerwall was fitted considerably later, but this was to do with Tesla supply issues (now resolved). During the wait, NPES kept me informed and once the battery arrived it was fitted quickly. Matt did much of the wiring installation, and he did so expertly with care and attention to detail. The panels, charger and battery are now working perfectly and we are already enjoying the benefits. The handover pack on final commissioning is excellent. Any queries we have had are quickly responded to and resolved. I have confidence in their expertise, I am impressed with their quality of work and have no hesitation in recommending them.

With so many companies offering solar systems I had many companies quoting but only these guys gave me the confidence to spend my money . They were not the cheapest but I believe these guys offered what I wanted . Totally professional and informative from start to finish . Working with me and finding solutions to problems. The roofers and sparkles were a great bunch of lads , polite , knowledgeable and did a very very neat and tidy job . But they drank all my coffee and a box of hob nobs … The system was up and running in two days and generating enough to run the house on even in March ! A real pleasure to deal with , nothing was a problem . Highly recommended people to deal with .

Excellent service. Throughout the whole process the company kept in touch with updates on progress. Anyone who came to work on site was very pleasant and polite. Whenever we contacted the company with questions and queries they always answered the phone or emails quickly with sound answers to our questions. Excellent from begining to end, including follow up service. Would thoroughly recommend.

Having had a couple of hard sell salesmen round concerning installation of a solar panel and battery system I checked to see if there was a well recommended local firm.
I found NPES solar and we couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience from start to finish.
We possibly paid a bit more than we intended and waited 3 months for installation but got a bigger system and a very smooth process.
Communication has been first class, the team pleasant, clean and professional and everything has happened seamlessly including the scaffold which was up for less than a week.
Before they left the installation team set up a very handy app with us and it’s really fascinating to see exactly what’s going on!!
We haven’t had to chase anything and NPES even sorted out a pre existing anomaly with our meter registration so we could switch energy companies.
We have no hesitation in recommending NPES solar based on our personal experience.

Really happy with the solar install from NPES. They could not do enough to help from planning what we needed to installing it. Matt the lead installer wouldn't leave late on a Friday evening until it was all working properly. Matt even checked up a couple of hours later to make sure all the software had updated. The design of the system fitted perfectly and looks great too. NPES made it a really easy and a straight forward process to get it all fitted.

They are really busy I would wait to get them to install your solar system.

I have just had a solar panel and battery system installed by NPES Solar. I picked them as they do not sub contract, all the work is done by their own staff, too many cowboys out in the industry at the moment due to the increased demand for solar and research showed NPES had a good reputation.

The experience from start to finish was excellent.

Support from the Jon in the office was great, answering any questions and queries promptly and efficiently.

The install team came and did the work over 2 days. All the 3 guys gave me confidence that everything would be done to the highest standard and with minimal disruption. We had a slight technical query at the end of the first day and this was resolved quickly the beginning of the 2nd day so causing no delay to the finish of the work. Post install support has also be great with them answering any of my questions.

I now have a system I am very happy with and have recommended NPES to one of my neighbours as he is also getting solar. I would not hesitate to recommend NPES to anyone if they want to get solar.

I contacted NPES back in April for a quote for a battery installation to my existing solar panel system they promptly replied. Due to world supply issues it took till August to install and I have to say it was worth waiting for. The team who came to fit the units were polite,professional and their work was first class. I would highly recommend this company

Absolutely fantastic service. Gary and Jon are brilliant! They explained everything so clearly, found the best solar package for it needs and price range. When it came to the installation their team were brilliant, very helpful, incredibly efficient and tidy! A brilliant company who actually care! I can’t recommend them highly enough.

NPES is a great company to deal with. Contactable by landline/mobile and email. Helpful advice to help retrofitting of battery storage to Solar PV system.
Despite some hitches/complications (always expect some things not to go straightforwardly) these were dealt with and overcome very efficiently. The work was carried out, with care and attention, by two friendly guys who had to work in record high temperatures. The lead fitter documented each stage of the work by taking photos.
Aftercare appears excellent, too.
