Absolute poor customer service and the overall process. My pension contributions where transfered by blue arrow to now pension. Been trying to access my account for legal reason. Been on the phone three times requesting my pension number so I can log into my account. Was informed it will be send via email while the updated me over the phone of my contributions and said in 5 minutes will be recieving and email. It has been two weeks since an I am stilk chasing them only to be told the last time my information is not correct so my account can not be access. Same DOB and National insurance number given to them the first two times. At this point I am believing they are knowing preventing me from having access to my account and that is fraud. I will be getting the umbusman involve and my lawyers. Absolute worst pension service I have ever encounter. Never registered with them for any reasons what so ever.

Now pension completed the whole process after I provided my previous Pension handler. The money was transferred after my old company verified with me. Whole process completed in less that one month.

I'd give NOW Pensions 0 stars if I could.
I began the process of withdrawing my late husband's pension on 14th January 2026. NOW Pensions have sent multiple forms for me to complete and requested multiple documents. All of these I sent back within 2 hours of receiving them. Even after making daily phone calls chasing the return of ID documents and progress on my husband's pension being made to me, I'm still not getting anywhere. It has been almost one month since I started the process of withdrawing the money. I keep being asked for forms to be returned when I have already done this and it's on the system (confirmed by agents). I even explained to the many advisors my financial situation and that I desperately need this money but they didn't care. Despite multiple promises from agents to call me back, only one ever did (thank you to him). No compasion or empathy at all. I just want it resolved and the money paid to me as this company is causing me additional stress and upset. I was promised on Friday 6th February that I'll receive a payment notification form detailing when I'll receive the money. I've had nothing through. Please stop making excuses, hurry up and make the payment to me!

I made the decision to bring my pensions together to make it easier when I finally get to retirement age to access my money.
I went onto my Now account and requested that they transfer funds from another pension. It was quick and easy.

I am trying to cash in my tiny pension .all I am getting is all red tape and delays. A full form was sent to them a few months . All they keep saying is some more information is required like a parrot. It has been reported to the pensions ombudsmen . I have logged into my account and see no information at all about more info required . They are doing everything to avoid payment. Look at all the other bad reviews. I want my money or else

Absolutely shocking.
My account was locked last year with no explanation. There was a pop up that advised the account was under a routine security check. Several months later, the account is still locked, in this time I have moved house.
I phoned up and was advised a letter was sent to my old address advising how to unlock the account. I explained i've moved, so they said they would re-send the unlocking code to my e-mail within 10 days. This never came. I called today and was told, in quite a bit of waffle, that I now need to send them a letter with proof of the address change and that in no way can this be done electronically or over the phone and that the previous person should not have advised this is the case. It's 2026. They are holding my money and not letting me access it. Once this is resolved, I will be trasnsferring the pot straight out.

I am currently trying to get access to my account they lock me out of my online , then when you phone you spend the entire time on hold. They are the worst run company I have ever dealt with and all i want to do is move my pension away from them immediately which also is made difficult. Avoid this company at all costs

Decided to merge my workplace pensions into my current Now pension in order to easily keep track of them. The process was simple as all I had to do was add my policy number which I had on the correspondence letters. Within two weeks the pensions were added and makes it soo much easier for me.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've had. They have locked my account so I cannot gain access, but insist of responding to my emails by sending me messages I'm unable to read. I've called twice, one person barely understood what I was saying and the second person told me it could take up to four days for my access to be added again. I asked why it had been locked and got no reply. I'm trying to transfer out of this terrible provider but they are going out of their way to make this impossible. What a truly awful and innept organisation this is. Would never recommend.
Update: I was contacted today by support who went ahead to advise me on how to gain access to the system using the exact instructions I sent them in my original email with details on how it was failing - and my email was included as an attachment. This company is the absolute worst.

I am currently trying to transfer my pension to a new provider, but Now Pensions is making it impossible by refusing to correct a simple clerical error on my account.
My first and last names were transposed (flipped) in their system. Despite being logged into my secure portal and having my identity verified via my National Insurance number, their customer service agents (including a recent 'Haresh' & 'Mary') have been completely unhelpful.
They are demanding I 'jump through hoops' and provide legal documentation for a name change that never actually happened - it's their own data entry mistake.
To make matters worse, I’ve been abruptly disconnected from live chats after following their instructions. I have now been forced to raise a formal complaint and invoke my 'Right to Rectification' under UK GDPR. This administrative incompetence is causing a significant delay to my transfer and financial loss.
Avoid this company if you value your time or your money.
I will be escalating this to the Pensions Ombudsman and the ICO immediately.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, my husband died in June 25 and I have been trying to access funds from his pension since August 25, the death certificate is in French with an English translation on the back which this seems too hard to comprehend to turn the certificate over I actual had one member of staff say that they couldn't continue any further because it was in French and not English and she laughed about it on the phone. This is the worst company I have had to deal with I'm having to go through the same information all the time it is truly awful!!
