We believe your feedback may be referring to the order placed on 2 Dec (AzZeJrV4EAh9427SC) and later cancelled on 12 Dec due to a stock availability issue. While we were still within our SLA (delivery by 26-December), we acknowledge that the delay in notifying you wasn’t ideal - and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience.
That said, you’ve placed a total of 5 orders with Circular - and 4 of them were delivered on time, including your approved order on 2 Dec which was fulfilled by 6 Dec. A service recovery coupon was also extended when we notified you about the out-of-stock item.
We understand how frustrating it can be when an order doesn’t go through, especially after multiple successful ones. Our team did our best to make things right, and we’re continuously working to improve stock accuracy and communication.
