I made a mistake on my order
I made a mistake on my order. I contacted the company, who sorted out my error very quickly and politely.
I have now received my pans and they are fantastic, even better than I hoped for. Their products are always superior.

A happy whisk ending
Had an manufacturing issue with an item I bought at the Ideal show London 2023. The item broke so I contacted Nova ,who dealt with my issue, very very speedily. I wish more companies would be the same thank you very much. I have a new item on way to me .😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

I saw an ad on instagram. Really fancied the vegetable chopper but was worried it would be a scam. Looked at the website all looked good and decided I’d order. Came 2 days later. Couldn’t wait to chop something so grabbed a radish! Works great. Going to try a bruschetta topping tonight.

Brilliant product, very poor customer service
Brilliant product!
Unfortunately blades snapped and loved being able to buy replacements. However you can only buy 1 and the have to pay postage.
Tried to call but they never return the attempt. Finally contacted by email and told I could buy three different colours!!! Looks stupid so can no longer recommend this company.
Also very slow delivery, ordered on 25/4 and still no sign of the product.

Nova great, can opener great, dicer has yet to convince me…
I really like the Nova products and find them a great company to deal with. The can opener is excellent, opens tins with no sharp edges.
I bought the large dicer set after losing all my newly applied mascara when chopping onions - it was a dicer or my swimming goggles. The three part dicer has been a disappointment - maybe I don't have the knack or at 5'4", can't apply enough pressure, it's struggling to deal with the veg I've tried (onions just about made it, aubergines at the largest size not so good, I had to finish the skins off with a knife), even though I followed the instructions.
I'll have a hunt for how to videos when I have the time, and hope I can make the dicer live up to the expectations created by the other super Nova products I have.

Hi, I'm sorry you aren't getting along with your dicer as well as your other products! We have quite a few videos to help out. Our best advice is to wet the blades beforehand and to make sure you're using two hands, one on the container and the other on the arm near the end. I am 5'3 and use it all the time, so don't worry - I am sure you will be able to as well. We love our dicer and hopefully you will soon!

Delivery was fine. The problem was a very poor-value product. The beater can be bought for about GBP 7. A small plastic 'stand' and cheap polythene (not even polycarbonate) beaker and poorly-fitting lid did not come close to justifying the extra cost. The beater is quite difficult to use and grates internally unless held exactly vertically. This is hard because it has space to skate around in the beaker. A dimple in the beaker base might have avoided this.
