Good first time experience
I had a really positive experience with Nova Legal when they handled the conveyancing for my first-time home purchase.
In particular, I’d like to thank Sumaiya and Zahra, who were my legal team throughout the process. We completed in just 8 weeks, and they kept me regularly updated at every stage, which really helped take a lot of the stress out of buying my first home.
They handled everything professionally, including the documents and transfer of funds securely, and I always felt that things were being dealt with efficiently and carefully.

I used Nova Conveyancing Services to handle the transaction for both the sale of my property and the purchase of my new property. I found them to be very professional throughout the whole process.
Although they provide an online service, I was very impressed with how responsive they were. My calls were always returned within 24 hours, and on many occasions, I received a response the same day.
All the staff I dealt with were polite, helpful and professional, which made the whole process much easier and less stressful.

We cannot thank Asjaadh and Aroshika enough for all their hard work, support and professionalism throughout the purchase of our new home at 104 Sandringham Road.
The transaction was certainly not straightforward, with delays surrounding probate and a last-minute issue regarding our gifted deposit and lender. Much better than a solicitor!
Asjaadh has a happy, optimistic and personable personality that made every call a pleasure. It felt as if everything was achievable and indeed it was! He was in contact personally every week with updates and next steps, so different from a solicitor experience which tends to be somewhat indifferent and lacks a personal touch. I completed realy quickly under the Rocket. Hema I only spoke to once, as the money lady, right at the end and she seemed lovely. 5 star rating from me. Buying a property is never straightforward, and my transaction had its challenges. While the overall process was more stressful than I had hoped, I would like to thank Rachel Bayford and Nagma Kazi for their support throughout.
