Baha beye ilgisinden dolayi çok teşekkur ederim.

We booked 12 days rental, arriving at the airport over lunchtime. Despite checking with them beforehand we had to wait around 40 minutes to be collected (and initially their phone lines were just unavailable). Then driven to the nearby office and told that the car we were in was the one we’d be taking. This was a Clio although we’d booked a larger car. We were told that the Clio was more expensive but they wouldn’t charge us (in fact I later checked and their website showed it was cheaper, which was the best of a few lies they told…).

We waited ages for the paperwork to be done. Then another employee just dumped our bags out of the car and said they were giving it to someone else. No apology. Then a long wait while they tried to find another vehicle.

Then we were told that our car hire excess insurance wouldn’t cover all the liabilities we might incur and got the hardest sell to buty their insurance I’ve ever come across in renting over 40 cars over many years. We were told that we could be liable up to the full cost of the car and that the price of a Clio in Turkey was around 30k euros. I challenged their cousins about possible liabilities a number of times and in the end gave in. By now it was around 90 minutes after we’d first managed to call them from the airport and we needed to get going. It would be another 30 minutes before we could leave because they seemed to only have one iPad to finalise every car booking.

I’ve since complained to nova. One response confirms that some of the things I was told were not correct but now they’ve closed my case because they’ve clearly had enough of me. Anyway, I’ll never use them again and suggest others stay well clear. The whole outfit is a joke.

me siento totalmente estafado, tras regresar a España, no devuelven el depósito y se han quedado con ello sin ninguna explicación. Allí todo eran buenas palabras pero tras el paso de las semanas vi como iban a quedarse con ello y asi ha sido. Todo ello, sin recibir respuesta por parte de la empresa.

Günler öncesinde kiraladığımız aracı saatlerdir bekliyoruz . Kiralamayın arkadaşlar bizden önce gelen de bekliyordu

كانت تجربة سيئة للغاية حيت انه تم خصم مبلغ اضافية غير متفق عليه .. قال لي الموظف هل تريد اضافة تامين للسيارة وانا قلت بشكل واضح لا لا اريد تم سئل مرا اخرا وقلت بكل وضوح لا لا اريد ومع كل هاد تم خصم مبلغ التامين تم التواصل معهم وقالو انه يوجد خطء وسوفة يتم اعادة النقود ولكن للاسف انا قمت بتواصل اكتر من مرا على جميع الايميلات وانتظر مند ١٢ يوم لا يوجد اي رد او مساعدة ويكتفون بلقول اشرح المشكلة وسوف نساعدكم ولكن لا يوجد اي شيئ
انا لا انصح ابدااااااااا
ملاحظة :يوجد لدي العقد الدي لم اوقع علي اي بند يوقل اني اخترت باقة التأمين التي تم خصمها من بطاقتي البنكية دون اذن )

They didn't accep my driving license, They said the system doesn't accept it, although I rented a car from another office without any problems.

I was very happy with the service, very friendly and easy to book. I was very impressed with everything nice and smooth. The car was comfortable. The staff was very helpful with everything. Baha was friendly and helped me with getting my car and friendly.

In addition to the sales they make over the Internet, they victimize you by cornering you with extra fees, and they don't cancel. If you value the money you earn, stay away from novacar
