Wouldn’t recommend this company. Order arrived late for a start and they only give you 14 days to return after receiving your order, but you have to email to request a return and they don’t respond despite numerous emails and messages on Instagram. Now I’m left with an unwanted pair of £170 trainers. I won’t be using this company again and defiantly won’t be recommending to friends.

Does anyone have any contact details I’ve messaged on shop, instagram emailed and used contact us no response I’ve ordered for a Christmas present on 3/4 day delivery still not dispatched and no response

So reading other reviews I began to realise that the business model isn't what it seems. The item ordered appeared as IN STOCK but they don't actually carry stock, they clearly go and try to source it once it's been ordered and paid for. Once I realised this I thought well, loads of time before Xmas for them to source. I did receive one message but zero communication since then. Clearly my order won't be here for Christmas so will now have to go and find an alternative last minute present. I really didn't want to go negative on trustpilot, but this is really disappointing.
Order 1353 if you want to communicate??

Extremely bad customer service, stopped responding, item not sent out. Raised dispute via PayPal

Ordered over 2 weeks ago and have had zero updates since placing the order, by looking at other reviews it seems to be a problem many are having. I understand that the business must be busy at this time of the year but I have had zero communication back from the emails I have sent. My order number is #1341, any sort of contact would be appreciated as it was meant to be a birthday present but is too late.

Scammers.
Paid for some shoes 3 weeks ago, did not get the shoes, emailed multiple times for the refund, received an email finally for refund confirmation, but no money, paid through paypal, so what they did, they paid a cheque to paypal indeed but they have not put a date to be cleared, so actually no money, spoke with Paypal to see what can be done as you can not raise a case since a cheque is “paid “ in for refund.Be aware of this scam!

Avoid at all costs!!

Over 2 weeks since my order that they could not fulfil and I am still awaiting a refund! They messaged once to say the refund has been processed, which it has not!! No email stating a refund has been sent and no refund still! They just ignore you!! Do not use at all!!!!!

Scam, still no trainers, still no correspondence, still no refund, just down on money. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Patience is key to ordering from this company! Don't expect to receive any communication as its pretty much zero!!!

I emailed! called! insta messaged and live chatted with zero reply until the day of postage which was over a week later than promised! which wouldn't normally be an issue but they were cutting it fine for a Christmas delivery!!

They could improve MASSIVELY on keeping customers up to date even if its to say there are delays! or even an automated message or something better for the phone number as it just rings out or cuts you off after a few rings which just getting annoying when you aren't being kept up to date!

Will I order again? maybe but I will give myself at least 2 weeks before I expect any form of updating!

Seriously, DO NOT use this ‘company’ bought a pair of trainers that were advertised as ‘IN STOCK’ spoke to one of their live chat agents to check the same and was assured they’re definitely in stock. Placed my order, paid and I thought all good :) .. then came to trustpilot and saw all these reviews which did worry me! And I really should have come here first before buying as the reviews ARE genuine! 

Not On The Shelf apparently like to mislead customers and tell them that their items are in stock when in fact they aren’t and likely never were, when you place an order their agents are available to talk to straight away and will appear super helpful as soon as you’ve paid … nothing (unless like me; you pretend to be a new customer wanting to place a large £££ order and they will amazing reply instantly) when I did get a reply posing as a new customer they advised me as they have other trust pilot users that the item was not available and would need to be ‘sourced’ then, yet again when questioned further and asked it the item will be delivered before Christmas (as first advised) their agent then disappears comes back and tells me no, it won’t be delivered before Christmas as first advised. Just another ploy in the first instance to get my money.

3 weeks after being promised a refund and shown fake refund notes from their website emailed to me by their so called director, I still HAVEN’T received a refund! I will be taking this company to court, and to reading standards unless they miraculously decide to reply to this review!

Shoes arrived today after 2 weeks. Great shoe, delay in getting back with information but the guy is probably flat out for Christmas. Rang me and explained everything and totally understandable. Not a scammer just takes abit of time to source them 👍🏽

Would be zero stars if I could. Not a happy customer! Order placed 12 days ago. Was told they will be posted yesterday latest and still no communication. Very disappointing. No replies from email or instagram messages! No phone number to call. These are needed for Xmas and now will be left with a disappointed child 😡

Difficult to provide a full review just yet, and it may change, however so far, not great and concerned!! Since I ordered the trainers on the 7th December. I've had no communication. The site said 3-4 days delivery throughout the UK. I waited and nothing. I have used the chat service and emailed and still nothing. Just tried to call and the phone just rang out and I'm getting concerned now with Xmas on the horizon.

Hi please can someone contact me reference my order. I have tried to get an answer via chat today but nothing and no response to my emails. I placed the order based on the good reviews I had seen but am now very concerned having read reviews over the last few days. I just need to know if you will honour the order I placed and when I will receive it (the 1-7 days quoted are up today). I've checked online and you are still showing the item as in stock albeit at a high price now. My order no is 1415

I contacted the director on 15/12/23 and received an update today confirming my item had been dispatched

My order finally arrived today. Patience did pay off. The main issue is lack of communication and inability to get answers via email, chat or telephone. My review is 3 stars due to the issue with communication (I understand that this is being rectified and a solution in place in the New Year) the product itself great.

No communication, stated the shoes were in stock, would be delivered in 3-4 days. I'm now 9 days on and heard nothing, despite multiple emails, chats etc... beginning to think it's a scam???

Absolutely awful. Took my money, did not send the item nor respond to 6 or 7 emails which I sent asking for my money back. Claimed back through the bank. Avoid at all costs!

Got in touch via chat facility and no reply. Tried again today still no reply. Beginning to think this is a scam. Already paid well over normal retail price for my item. Still non the wiser as to where my order is. I bet they've taken the money though. Very poor

Fake shoes and fake clothes this person is selling DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

Ordered shoes for my daughter, much more expensive than RRP but claimed to have them in stock so took the hit. Took the money from my account but no shoes. No phone number to contact them, no response to their messaging service, no response emailing customer services. Appalling service. Thankfully I paid using my credit card so can have the payment refunded by my bank. Would not recommend this company and will certainly not be using them again.

Ordered Air Jordan's 4 as a Christmas present for my daughter. A week later and no news. I've emailed and used the chat service.

Edit 13/12: I had a phone call from Jack today who advised that they have had an influx of orders over black friday and xmas. My shoes should be out for delivery tomorrow!

Edit 28/12: My shoes arrived in time for Xmas! Thanks Jack for the comms, my daughter is very happy with her new shoes!
