be careful, this lot show products as in stock when they aren't.......been waiting nearly 2 weeks for ANY response....no comms, terrible....steer clear...lots of other reviews have issues post sale...no phone number nothing ...just automated nonsense...had to go elsewhere to ensure Christmas delivery

As per the rest of the reviews, this company is absolutely awful, I ordered a pair of dunks the last week of November and 3 weeks later still no email confirmation or delivery dispatch info, as far as I’m concerned this company is a scam, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, you will regret it. I will be contacting the ombudsman and hopefully having this company taught a lesson on business!!

Despite the good reviews and reading these before purchasing, this website seems to be a SCAM so I would be cautious of believing these seemingly fake reviews. Ordered a pair of uggs , no email confirmation received, so days later I chased via their website contact me page , not reply to that, so I then Sent a separate email to customer services . Not had a single reply despite the funds being taken from my bank account on dec 1st. It’s now 11 days later and nothing !! SCAM . Will be calling the bank to report and hopefully get my money back .

Awful. After making an order I received no further updates and after over a week emailed to see where it was - got no response but after asking on the chat was told that there was none in stock and would have to be refunded (which hasn’t happened yet). The Uggs I ordered are still on the website and available in all sizes but for a higher price. Making sales you’re not gonna follow through with is completely unprofessional especially without communication. It was a Christmas present and they have completely inconvenienced me.

Ordered some Uggs a week ago. I have emailed the company 3 times to check when they would be shipped but have had no reply. They have taken payment in full from my account.

One of the worst companies ive bought from. I ordered an essentials tracksuit as a birthday present on november 9th but ive yet to receive it or any updates concerning the status of my order. Starting to doubt it will come, never buying from NotOnTheShelf again.

I ordered a PlayStation portal with ni update on my order ubhave been trying to get in touch with some one as it very concerning close to Christmas but have not been able to get a response from anyone

i ordered some jordan 4s on november 30th and i am very concerned that they haven’t arrived yet. these cost a fair amount so i’d expect delivery to be quicker and sufficient tracking updates. please be weary when purchasing here. i’m unsure whether the shoes will arrive or not 😖

Seriously, do not use this ‘company’ bought a pair of trainers that were advertised as ‘IN STOCK’ spoke to one of their live chat agents to check the same and was assured they’re definitely in stock. Placed my order, paid and I thought all good :) .. then came to trustpilot and saw all these reviews which did worry me! And I really should have come here first before buying as the reviews ARE genuine!

Not On The Shelf apparently like to mislead customers and tell them that their items are in stock when in fact they aren’t and likely never were, when you place an order their agents are available to talk to straight away and will appear super helpful as soon as you’ve paid … nothing (unless like me; you pretend to be a new customer wanting to place a large £££ order and they will amazing reply instantly) when I did get a reply posing as a new customer they advised me as they have other trust pilot users that the item was not available and would need to be ‘sourced’ then, yet again when questioned further and asked it the item will be delivered before Christmas (as first advised) their agent then disappears comes back and tells me no, it won’t be delivered before Christmas as first advised. Just another ploy in the first instance to get my money.

Avoid at all costs !!

Ordered ugg taz for my daughter 29th of November. We still have not received our order despite numerous emails, Instagram message and online chat message. Being this close to Christmas I'm starting to worry if she will get them. Terrible service!

I ordered a PlayStation portal for my son and it has been over a week with no contact. I've tried the website chat but it says no such order and no one responds. I'm getting concerned that I won't receive the product. Great website if you need things that seem to be out of stock everywhere else but the lack of communication is concerning when spending big amounts of money.

Ordered Nike Air Force 95 turquoise trainers over a week ago. No response from Not on the shelf despite emailing, calls and online chat. 3-4 day delivery was suggested at purchase and after ten days it’s causing concern.

12th December - still no trainers!!

No trainers , no update from NOT ON THE SHELF and money taken , appalling customer service

Struggling to get a response been over the 7 days recommended to ship- send messages on email and chat and no reply - just want to know when it would be sent out so I know if a Xmas present will be here in time or if I need to get something else - very frustrating

My initial review wasn’t gonna be as good, but I was reassured today about my order #1268 for a PlayStation portal that it will be dispatched today for a Saturday delivery tommrorow, quick customer service I understand some of the issues now, good company!, getting stock that’s not available anywhere will highly recommend if delivery comes as expected tommrorow!!!

I will be honest my initial review wasn’t going to be the best, but I have just had a phone call from Not on the shelf and the gentleman I spoke to was absolutely amazing, very apologetic and explained some issues. My order should be with me tomorrow if not Monday and I’m so relived. Great customer service and he reassured me so I couldn’t ask for anything more. After that one phone call it has completely changed my mind about the company and I would and will be ordering with them again.

Placed an order, email said delivery would be in 3-4 days, requested a refund as showing order still being sourced, had 1 email back from them (Aaron Austin) asking me to confirm I wanted a refund advised yes please, numerous more emails sent to them as no refund issued, over 10 days since placed my order nothing received and no refund or response. Would not recommend

Sounds like I am having a similar experience to a number of recent customers, had a watch advertised as being in stock [and still do) but when I checked with them they said not in stock but would be shipped to me in 4 to 7 days, so I ordered on the understanding that if it didn’t reach me by the 7th December they would refund my money. Needless to say I have not received either the watch or the refund so far and despite communication being great prior to my payment I have not managed to get any response either via their chat box or from emails since

Ordered a pair of ugg tazz slippers and i need to return these due to being to small. I have emailed 6 times and messaged on chat and had no response! 14 days returns policy but cannot get an answer ! Would not recommend!

Firstly I should point out that this isn't my initial review and my initial review was quite scathing over poor customer service response and to be honest, a genuine fear I'd been scammed. However after the review the director of the company personally reached out to me with apologies for the response or lack thereof and explained there had been a system hack, in addition he gave me assurance that my order would be honoured. True to his word my item arrived in perfect condition today and I'm sincerely thankful. I know there are people on here with similar issues and I fully relate and sympathise with you, but I feel I have to slightly defend NOTS as it must be incredibly difficult and frustrating for them to source the items we all order when there are unscrupulous suppliers out there charging upto 4x the face value just because some no mark social media influencer starts a frenzy! So point some of the anger in the direction of the supply chain and social media, this is just a small business trying it's best in challenging times.
