My experience ( DONT ORDER ) SCAM
I ordered a watch that looks nothing like the photo , more like a plastic crap from a Christmas cracker.
On the receipt it said £240 where’s my £60 Aaron??
I bought the watch £300 and within an hour return it tracked delivery.
Emailed Aaron he has told me they only accept returns if damaged or defected. (I should of damaged the watch and returned it (SCAM)
He said that’s not our returns address (where is it ??
Aaron said he had spoken to the authenticator address where I return the watch and then it will get resent back to me.
Now he’s telling me a bit of advice sell it on eBay because.

I’m within my rights for a full refund - and I will go as far as I need to with this Aaron. NOT ON SHELF

Following on from my previous review…do not buy from this company! Firstly, two months on from ordering trainers I have not received the trainers or been given a refund. Initially, the company did not respond to queries to customer services when the tracking information provided showed that the goods hadn’t even been dispatched. Then after I gave a bad review they contacted me asking be to change my review and stated that I had been given the wrong tracking number. They stated that the trainers had been dispatched through Royal Mail and that Royal Mail had misdirected them. I waited a few more weeks, still no trainers. I asked for a refund but they stated that they couldn’t give me a refund until Royal Mail returned the trainers to them. They then updated my details saying that I had refused delivery. But they could see quite clearly that Royal Mail never actually delivered them. Then the tracking information showed last week that Royal Mail had returned the shoes to Not on the Shelf but I still have not received a refund. I am forwarding a complaint to the police and the CPCC. Stay away from this company. If I get a refund I will update.

Would recommend this company to anyone I was worries to start with because of the review but I received my order in quick time and was just what I expected

I’d give them a 0 if I could, I never write reviews but I’m so angry! I ordered a watch a few weeks ago. Nearly 3. After being told on 2 occasions it would come at 2 separate dates I had an email last Thursday to say it was delivered and completed. I have not received the order, and obviously spend a MASSIVE amount of money. I had ONE reply to say they will open a case with Royal Mail, I have messages 6/7 time since and not received a single reply back. I’m so upset. I don’t know how to go about getting my money back! Do NOT buy from this company. No regard for there customers at all.

I was worried about the time it took for my order of Jordan 4 trainers as I note it says 2-4 days to come but they have arrived and I was contacted a customer service guy called Aaron asking if I had received them. It did take longer that I thought but they look alright im sure my son will let me know when he gets them for his birthday

Ordered a tracksuit to be told it would arrive in 3days, no correspondence for 5weeks to receive another email saying it would be delivered in 2days to wait another week. I contacted them and they sent an email saying it would be delivered in the next 2days but didn’t provide a tracking number till 2days later it then arrived but was to late so I am returning

was a bit cautious after reading the reviews as my order did take long to source but it arrived yesterday 12 days after placing the order and the items flawless, i would recommend shopping here as long as you dont mind a little wait

Order was exactly what I wanted unfortunately I was told it would be sourced within 7 days and dispatched in 2 days, I got an email on the Wednesday saying my parcel would be with me by the Saturday and didn’t get delivered until the following Friday, so from date of order to delivery date was 12 days which wasn’t drastic but well over the what I was expecting, I would recommend this company to other people but would make sure I suggest ordering well in advance as they can be abit unreliable for deliveries and their contact support team isn’t the best at replying

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Not on the Shelf. I purchased a watch, but upon receiving it, I didn’t like the design due to its poor craftsmanship. I contacted them to request a return, only to be told they don’t accept returns. I informed them that, by law, I have the right to return a product within 14 days. As a result, I returned the watch immediately in its original, unworn condition.

Now, the retailer is falsely claiming that the watch was damaged upon return in an attempt to avoid issuing a refund. This is completely untrue. I have evidence to prove that the watch was in perfect condition when I sent it back, including photos of the item in its packaging, a tracking number, and a postage receipt confirming the return.

I am frustrated not only by the retailer’s dishonest claims but also by the ongoing battle to resolve this with Clearpay. It has been a waste of my time, and I am still waiting for this matter to be properly addressed.

It seems this company is using misleading tactics to avoid giving customers their rightful refunds. After reading many similar complaints on Trustpilot, it's clear that this is a pattern of behavior, and I wouldn’t trust them with any future purchases.

I strongly advise anyone to stay away from Not on the Shelf. I’ve provided all the necessary evidence, but I now have no choice but to escalate this issue further, including contacting my bank and pursuing other complaints channels.

Avoid at all costs — this company is not worth the hassle or the risk

Yes, there’s no doubt that there was no dust cover but have photos proving that the watch was in perfect condition, without any scratches, on the day I sent it to the post office. Please don’t lie. I had a feeling something like this might happen, because of how reluctant you were to except returns, and I will be filing a formal complaint with Clearpay, including the photo as evidence and emails of not having a returns policy which in the uk it is a legal policy to do so.

Yes very pleased with my order .. Great product and service

After reading the reviews I was worried about my ordering a snoopy swatch watch ⌚️ I had called Barclays just incase for back up
but it’s arrived today
and I’m thrilled !!
I immediately felt bad for doubting them!
So I knew I had too leave a good review

Placed our high value order on the 22nd October, informed that we would be notified of any delays, heard nothing. Emailed last week that our order was on its way via Royal Mail, with a tracking number. As of this morning and 11 days after making the order we still have NOT received anything or had any response to emails. Royal Mail tracking tell me they are still waiting to receive the package. Really poor service and I will be requesting a refund. Never again.

The most shocking online experience by far

Stay away it’s not worth the grief ,took 2 weeks promised 4 days ,correspondence terrible,Customer Service full of blaggers ,and when it does arrive the watch is a black snoopy / Omega Swatch not the White I ordered
