My order never arrived, they didn't respond to my emails, I had to get PayPal to recover my money.

Returned item. Seller refused the return so the item is now stuck with Royal Mail

This is a SCAM company. My item was never delivered. I sent an email originally, to which Aaron replied saying the item is hard to source. No replies at all to my further 9 emails, and I can not get a refund on a product the company has not provided!!
I would leave zero as a rating if it was possible.
It's TERRIBLE and SHAMELESS how the money has be taken and there is no intention of providing my orderer item!!
Avoid at all costs!!!

Very poor customer service.
They say the product will take 2/3 days - now 2 weeks later I have heard nothing. I have sent them 4 emails no response.
Do not use this company.

Trying to contact someone about a return. Tried numerous times but haven’t had a response back letting me know how to return the item. Good someone please help

Update - received a reversal of my payment instigated by Not on the shelf. The right thing to do and while I wouldn’t use them again I am satisfied that they have done the right thing. I think this is a small company run out of a bedroom that is in too deep and not communicating with customers.

Ordered on 26/12 and have tried multiple times to get an update. Still
Showing as unfulfilled. I have received no reply via live chat other than a bit telling me shipping is facing nationwide problems. I have asked for a refund but received nothing.
This company is a SCAM and should not be operating. I have reported to trading standards and am now going through Mastercard to get my money back.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Similar to other reviews I was strung along with replies from Aaron upto to the point of asking for a refund...... from this point he refused to answer any correspondence. Thankfully PayPal took on my case and after a period of zero response PayPal have refunded me.

I asked for a refund, Then they proceeded to say that the order is dispatched and sent me a fake tracking number, now they are saying they can’t refund me.

Also found a phone number, no response tho they keep declining it if anyone is interested in the phone number , feel free to contact me.

Absolutely avoid this shocking company. Ordered some footwear 9th December. Absolutely no correspondence of order, no dispatch email. No communication. I will be chasing everyday until I receive my money back but would not ever order from this shambles of a company again, completely misleading and incorrectly advertised.

Order did not arrive

Took my money for my fiancées main Christmas present one full week before Xmas, I had no update on tracking so chased it on the 23rd Dec via email. I was told they couldn't source is it's high demand.
When I ordered it said 'in stock'. I won't use these again, lesson learnt here.

I ordered an Omega x Swatch Moonswatch on 8th December and as of today (23rd December) it’s still not been dispatched. Given previous reviews, which I wish I’d seen before purchasing, I don’t anticipate getting what I’ve paid for. I’ve notified them that I’ll be taking action if there’s not some kind of confirmation of what’s happening by today. This company is not a serious organisation and should be taken down immediately. I’m happy to provide an update if proven wrong but as it stands it’s looking unlikely. Do not use under any circumstances.

Cancelled my order that I placed on Monday am showing dispatched within 24 hours. Heard nothing all week after emailing and leaving messages on site. This morning I get this’ Just a quick note: we do have card processing fees of 8%, which are unfortunately non-refundable and beyond our control as an online merchant.’ What a nerve, to me they are falsely advertising their products with 24 hour dispatch which was the only reason I ordered from them. Sending all my correspondence to Trading Standards see what they say.

Didn’t get any dispatch email package was left outside wasn’t aware it was there and refused to refund

Bought an omega& swatch moonwatch for my partner’s birthday. They kept informed me about delay but sadly all went into my spam folder. Its because I didnt see these emails, started to panic and kept sending them emails everyday. I did read the reviews here also which didnt help at all but overall my feedback is positive. Ordered on 7th of December, been posted on 13th and arrived 15th. Well packed, authenticity of the item been provided, my partner happy with the quality, its a plastic watch but he knew and wanted this.I would order from them again.
