I had an extremely disappointing experience with Notino, and I want to warn others about their dishonest and abusive customer service.

I placed an order (Order 332158469), which was split into multiple packages. One of the boxes arrived damaged, and the two products inside were missing—only the empty packaging was there. Additionally, two perfumes in the other boxes were unsealed, making me question their authenticity.

I immediately contacted Notino and provided all the necessary evidence, including photos. However, instead of properly addressing the issue, their customer support representatives Maria and Klara repeatedly ignored the proof I provided and kept making up new excuses to deny my refund.

First, Maria falsely claimed that I never sent the required photos, even though I had sent them multiple times.
Then, Klara suddenly decided that the photos were "not good enough" but never explained why.
They both insisted that a missing package label (which I removed for privacy reasons) was mandatory for a refund—even though this is nowhere stated in Notino’s Terms and Conditions.
When I asked where in their policy it says a label is required, they ignored the question. Instead, they kept copy-pasting the same responses, pushing me to accept a voucher or replacement instead of my rightful full refund. Their handling of this situation was not only incompetent but also intentionally deceptive.

To make things worse, they kept moving my complaint between different agents, who clearly don’t communicate with each other. This is highly unprofessional and only made things more frustrating.

I have now reported Notino’s abusive behavior and refusal to follow their own policies to Payment Issuer, and I will continue to share my experience so others can avoid this terrible company. Notino does not respect customers, makes up fake policies, and refuses to take responsibility for missing products.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company unless you want to deal with dishonest and frustrating service!

Notino do sell fake and watered-down fragrances so be careful and no returns for this company which is crazy. Be warned ⚠️

Great price, well packaged and quick delivery. Loved the free samples of perfume so much that my partner got me one for my birthday 2 days later.

When in the world are you going to get up and running here in the USA ?
I'm a fellow Basenotes member , JBS1 , and we all would like to know when , and if , you are going to restart operations .
We are also wondering if you're going to have FREE SHIPPING at certain levels again , along with discount codes.
