Superb service from Notch. I ordered a bracelet and customised Notch. But the Notch delivered was not what I wanted.

My fault? Their fault? Not sure, but they exchanged my Notch for a new one with better symmetry 🐦

I was so excited to receive this as I’ve had many that have been lost. Great reviews in durability and strong fastening, spent £200 of Christmas money to build my bracelet with personalised charms to only have it fall off. Not even had it two months, same awful quality as Pandora where you pay money and they still fail and fall off. Would never purchase again. As bad as Pandora in flimsy clasp and lost charms.

I needed to replace my bracelet that I have had for nearly 4 years, they were both amazing in their helpfulness and the speed of resolving my problem. I wear my bracelet all the time and its a great way to remenber some great events in my family and my own life, it always brings a smile to my face.

Firstly the bracelets are great. My partner and I both have one and have started collecting Notches for each other after being disappointed by a Pandora bracelet. My brother has also just ordered for his wife too.

Unfortunately, my partner lost her bracelet (I don’t think this was a fault with the clasp as they are very strong) but the customer service was second to none. They had resolved it straight away, came up with a great solution and to my emails in under 5 minutes, even on a Sunday.

Really lovely product and quick customer service response to a query. My daughter loves her medical id NOTCH bracelet, it’s so modern compared to others and it gives me peace of mind knowing that all her conditions, as well as emergency contact details are on the notches.

Bought 2 of these bracelets with 6 notches on each as the second one was to replace the 1st bracelet that was lost due to the magnetic clasp and yet again lost 2nd bracelet due to magnetic clasp.
Bought for adult not a child so no rough play was involved when lost.
Required if they did another type of clasp but unfortunately they only do magnetic ones. Which is a shame unfortunately don’t think I will be paying £131 for another bracelet just to loose it

Notch has great customer service. I received my bracelet yesterday morning but there was a charm missing from my order. I contacted them on their chat function and had a response within a few minutes and a promise to send out a replacement. I received my replacement charm this morning...... within 24hrs of contacting them.

Bought an orange rope bracelet with 2 notches as a Father’s Day gift. There was a small error with the personalisation but a new notch was dispatched immediately and arrived the next day - great comms throughout. My husband is delighted with his gift. It looks cool, bright and is good quality. He especially loves the personalised notches from each of the children. Thanks Notch - top-notch stuff!

Bracelet was exactly what I was looking for in appearance. Unfortunately, the bracelet is only a relatively thin covering of leather, which means that it has worn through in less than a year. The search continues!
