Their website is quite intuitive and clever, which makes it very easy to post jobs and get in touch with the best tech talent. Notch is incredibly efficient; we're filling important positions quickly. And it's a pleasure working with their staff.

Great hiring experience
Tech hiring can be a headache, but Notch helps make it less so. Their platform simplifies the process, and we've been able to hire 3 top developers in no time. It's an essential add to your recruiting tools for remote teams of all sizes. It’s not just the platform though, their team is really on top of things and have been excellent to work with.

Efficient Tech Hiring
Efficiency is the name of the game with Notch. Their platform is exceptionally well done, and having access to local dedicated recruiters rather than just relying on the AI matching helps surface candidates that fit exactly what we’re looking for really fast. And their vetting makes it so we aren’t wasting time on unsuitable candidates. If time is money, then I’d say their hiring fee is well worth it compared to endlessly searching through candidates on our own.
