Morning Katherine,
I am sorry to hear that the quality was poor, it would be good to get an idea on which of the 3 products this was and whether there is anything we can do to rectify this?
We dispatched the items on a next day service on Monday, the first working day after the order was placed. However i can see it was not delivered until Wednesday for which i apologise.
Whilst it is full our responsibility to get the items delivered to you on time, some things like the courier company we use not keeping their side of deal are slightly out of our hands.
Again, sorry for any disappointment.

Ok experience
I wanted to by a gift from Canada for a friend living in London, UK. The website was easy to navigate but the gift that was received by my friend was not what I expected. There was no note, so we both had to guess and assume it must be from the subscription box. Would suggest a reminder email as the subscription renewed itself because through the online account it wasn't completely clear to me what were the next steps. But the customer service team was great throughout the process of helping me troubleshoot my questions and concerns which was what made my experience.

I love Not-Another-Bill
I love Not-Another-Bill. I have had such exciting and diverse gifts since I joined, not a dud amongst them. I can keep the gifts myself or give them as gifts. Particular favourites include all the jewellery, my Anthropology stapler and my cactus vase. I regularly use all the travel wallet and many others. If you can afford it give yourself a monthly treat, it's a lovely monthly surprise.
