really bad experience with them and…
really bad experience with them and will never use again. Misleading info online, making me believe I would purchase a whole set of items. Only one arrived and excruciatingly expensive, as a result of the mishap. Why have pictures of several items, if only one of them is the one that is sold? Really disappointing experience.

I'm very sorry to hear this review especially after reviewing all the email conversations you had with our customer care team.
To start with the product, these wool sausages are made by a small french brand, they are all handmade and so come with a price tag that reflects that.
The site description says they are sold individually. I'm sorry if this was not clear enough, we have since added more graphics to make this even clearer.
Secondly once you received the item we offered you a full refund if you returned it, but we didn't hear from you until a month later which at that point had crossed our 14 day return policy.
I'm sorry you had such a disappointing experience we very much take this to heart.

Excellent service
Excellent service! I bought a 6 month subscription, used both the online chat help and the 'emergency' phone line; both gave good advice. I wanted a gift to arrive on a certain day and they pulled all the stops out to make it happen, my sister was delighted with her first gift. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent website, staff very helpful and polite with a couple of queries.
Goods arrived promptly and beautifully packaged.
The choice of gifts is superb.
I also subscribe monthly and am delighted with the gifts received.
I keep some for myself and often find suitable homes for birthday presents and unexpected gifts at short notice.

The gifts always arrive in the second week if the month, despite them saying you will receive them the first week. So far, only two, they aren't worth the £24 it is costing me. I am giving it one more month before I

I am sorry about the items arriving in the second week, we do our best to get them to you in the first but have a few factors (such as where the weekends fall) which can effect this for our packing team.
Also sorry to hear you do not feel the items worth £24, the artists roll we sent does retail for £55 but hopefully we can turn things around with November's gift.
