Highly recommend this Company. Ordered some personalised luggage tags from here, they were helpful, responsive and went the extra mile for me. On arrival one of the products had an incorrect initial, within 6 hours they’d replaced this and delivered to my door. The products are high quality, wrapped professionally and have some fantastic ranges. Will definitely be using them again.

received two engraved ping pong bats as a gift. I have to say through all the fancy packaging and marketing the quality is shocking. they are one step away from being cut out of cardboard. upon viewing the item on the website i could see how one could fall for it. nice photo the material simply says wood when infact it is pressed wood core with a thin wood veneer.

Elle was extremely helpful and professional
Elle was very polite, professional and prompt in her communication and offered an immediate solution to what I thought was a manufacturing error (a small break in the material of a suitcase I bought for my daughter). I hope this won't be a quality issue and that my daughter will be able to use her replacement suitcase for years to come.
Elle also kindly replaced a strap I had ordered in error. I felt supported and my mind put at ease throughout the purchase process. I would gladly purchase again and would also happily recommend this company to friends and family.

MagSafe Leather Card Wallet…
Ordered a leather MagSafe card wallet for my new iPhone. I don’t often write reviews, but the quality is excellent, it arrived in lovely packaging and swiftly too. And the bonus being that this product is significantly better value than Apple’s own offering. Well done Team! Will recommend to my friends! I didn’t have mine personalised, so I can’t vouch for how that would have been, but genuinely impressed with the quality of the item.

Lovely extra touches, very pleased
I bought the explorer's compass as a gift. It arrived quickly, beautifully packaged and in a little cloth gift bag that wasn't mentioned in the write up, and is far better than the price tag led me to expect! Lovely and rare to be so pleasantly surprised by an online impulse buy.
