Custom vegan leather phone case
I bought a custom metallic vegan leather phone case and love it! Even though it’s not real leather, it’s lasted much longer than my designer one that was 3x the cost and real leather. This case is gorgeously shiny and will definitely be buying from them again.

I really can’t rate this company highly enough! I’ve made several purchases of personalised gifts that friends have adored. The customer service is first rate and Elle in particular is really helpful and made the whole experience effortless. I’ve also recommended to several friends. Delivery issue
Ordered a customised notebook. There was an issue with delivery, but NotAnotherBill have now kindly refunded me. Although I found the process long and frustrating, their customer services person Elle was very helpful and friendly.

Products (leather airpod cases) were ok…
Products (leather airpod cases) were ok but what a terrible company to deal with. When ordering website gave no chance for delivery choice and I got "pick up from West London site", no good to me. Had to go back and forth to get them delivered. Quality was ok but not worth the price so decided to return - instructiosn for return were just "send them back to us". No returns form, not even instructions to include order number etc.

Very poor quality
Very poor quality. Personalisation on the luggage tag rubbed off whilst attaching the tag to the suitcase! Expensive and overpriced for such poor quality.
