Lovely shelves just don’t think the right hooks have been used for them as they don’t sit flush with the wall.also has a screw not converted properly and sticks out. Tried to put it in more, but it doesn’t budge

Lauren was a great help!
I wanted to check a stock issue and Lauren was incredibly helpful making sure it was resolved but checking with the warehouse team and updating the stock list so I could make my purchase.
