Very Late Delivery, no customer services
Ordered nearly £100 worth of stuff 15 days ago and it’s not even in transit yet despite paying a mandatory delivery fee for priority transit. Most companies get you the stuff 2-3 working days later or write an email to let you know why it’s not been delivered. I have heard nothing. Disappointed as the products look amazing but this will likely be my last order with them.

Thank you for your review, and I’m really sorry for the frustration this has caused.
I just wanted to add a little context around your order. We do work hard to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. In your case, it was placed on Saturday 25th April and dispatched on Tuesday 28th April, just under 3 days later, at which point a tracking email was sent to confirm it was on its way.
Unfortunately, once parcels are with the courier, things can occasionally go wrong. In this case, it appears your parcel was misplaced within their network, which is why it didn’t progress as expected.
We weren’t aware there was an issue until 4th May, when we were notified that a review had been left. As soon as we knew, we began working to locate the parcel and, on 8th May, confirmed with you that it had been found and was back on its way.
We completely understand how disappointing delays like this can be, and I’m really sorry this wasn’t a smooth experience for you. As a small independent business, we always try to act quickly and keep things as personal and responsive as possible when something goes wrong.
As a gesture of goodwill, we have also refunded your delivery charge.
We’re always only an email away and will always do our very best to help if anything doesn’t go to plan. We do hope we’ll have the opportunity to do better for you in future.

Excellent service. I ordered some Lego storage boxes that were initially out of stock but had an expected delivery date. There was a delay, which was completely outside their control, yet they took the time to email me personally with updates. That level of customer service is rare these days. The boxes have now arrived and my two boys are over the moon with their new Lego storage!

What an amazing company. I needed to replace a basket bought several years ago. I managed to find the company & ordered online. I received a reply shortly afterwards informing me they were out of stock but offered an alternative or a slight delay in delivery. I was amazed that my email was replied to at 23.00hrs. Incredible after sales service. I need to look through their vast catalogue to see what else I’d like!

Has not arrived
Ordered 3 December 2025. Items have still not arrived. Evri emailed to say they were out for delivery on 5th Dec but then received an email saying delayed. I have been emailed to say items will arrive before Christmas but not told when. Can the company Not A Boring Box contact to let me know when Evri will deliver. If this can not be done I would like a full refund so I can arrange for alternative gifts for Christmas. Neither of these companies can be contacted by phone so avoid at all costs.

As mentioned in our email this morning, your parcel is scheduled for delivery today between 17:30 and 19:30, and we’re keeping a close eye on the tracking for you.

Brilliant storage boxes
