Mucho buen marketing y buenas prendas, pero como no mejoréis, o al menos aclareis los problemas de los envíos..
Información falsa sobre los tiempos de envío, 2meses hasta que llegó (y parece que es algo general con todos).
Atención al cliente amable y buena.
Los productos bien, de calidad, y diseños molones.

I ordered a t-shirt one month and a half before and I never received my parcel. They keep telling me that there was a shipping delay but nothing clear. Of course u have paid via bank and now they do not give my money back.

CS support got me back and solved the issue and refunded me €22 as one t shirt was N/A.

Llevo unos cuantos días pidiendo una devolución del producto porque la talla es muy pequeña y siguen sin ponerse en contacto conmigo. Incluso les he escrito por Instagram y nada. Yo solo quiero mi dinero de vuelta.
Al final son 70 euros, es dinero, y creo que si siguen tardando en responder se ampararán en los 30 días hábiles de devolución.
Tened mucho cuidado con las devoluciones en un futuro. Experiencia nefasta

Esperienza pessima! Ho fatto l’ordine, correttamente pagato, e non mi è mai arrivata la mail di conferma dell’ordine, nè per il tracking.
Ho provato a contattare l’assistenza ma mi rispondono solo con mail sempre uguali senza risolvere il problema.
L’acquisto doveva essere un regalo di compleanno ma ormai è passato il giorno.
Continuo a non avere informazioni sul mio ordine e neanche su un possibile rimborso. Ho provato di tutto ma sono impossibili da contattare.

Unpleasant and repulsive experience. Came across this company via an ad on Instagram and I figured it was a promising clothing line that could deliver quality products with unique designs, nevermind the service. I can understand that maybe some logistical errors might come into running a company hence why I'm not going to go too much into the service of this company.
My order took over 20 days, shipped in a brown paper bag and a ziplock bag to seal the product safely. Cool.
Taking it out of it's packaging, I was more than disappointed to see that the product was just utter garbage put together worse than what H&M does with their stuff. These kind of clothes shouldn't even be sold online and marketed at all. They are better off on the side of the road where a homeless man can make some profit.
The garment is horrendously poor for the price point and the print is so lazily done. The tagging on the inside of the shirt was a failed attempt at stamping the brand. And might I just add that there was a repulsive stench to it that made me sick to my throat? All and all the whole product was worse than lackluster. It's disgusting. It's atrocious.
I mean, I get it. You guys want to start your own clothing line, but for God's sake; ( that's considering you guys believe in God but I doubt that because your clothes just stink ) Do it with everloving pride. I am actually so damn pissed by the sheer lack of service that you guys failed to deliver as a promising clothing line.
You guys just suck. I hope you all eat a bag of weiners ( because I can't use the D word ). I want my God damn refund, I want the time I waited for this crappy Thai night market product back and I want the sight of this clothing line sucked out of my optic stems.

Really bad quality. I’ve bought a t-shirt and a poster and they are really bad. I wrote them and they told me that in the production phase they had a problem that they couldn’t identify and that they will send me another t-shirt to replace it… and no courier came to my house to give me it…

Bestellt habe ich am 10. Mai, erhalten habe ich das Paket Ende Mai. 1 Woche vor Ankunft des Pakets habe ich mich per Mail beschwert und siehe da plötzlich kam dann das Paket. Ware ist aber super!:)

I had to wait more than one month to receive my order and had to ask explanations about this delay to know there was an issue with one item, after 4 emails. The quality of the articles seems to be ok but be careful it's oversized.
